From crazy busy days and endless bowls of noodles to Poutine Dumplings, Superfly, Drop It Like It’s Hot, behind-the-scenes chaos, and way too many funny reels 😂❤️ We want to take a moment to say THANK YOU. To every single member of our team who showed up, worked incredibly hard, survived the rushes, kept the energy up, and made this experience possible — we couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️ The Highbell Hospitality team ROCKS! Of the 200 CNE food reels you’ve probably seen already… I’m betting this wasn’t in any of them. 👀 Super Noodle Company skipped the media preview, but their Hot Ones ramen might be one of the best reasons to hit the Food Building this year. Sweet chili ramen, cheesy chicken dumplings, a soft-boiled egg and a torched glizzy right down the middle. Completely unhinged. My 2026 @letsgototheex honourable food mentions has to go to @supernoodleco by Chef @trevorlui!
