Here is the AI workflow I use instead:

1. Before the lecture, open the @supernormal_ai desktop app.

You either need to be incredibly type A to turn a scoping call into a real delivery plan or you just need to be type supernormal about it. The meeting gets captured in the background with no bot, supernormal agent breaks the scope into phases, tasks, owners, and catches the open questions the room glossed over. Your job becomes reviewing a draft instead of building one from scratch until 9pm.
