Enjoy this snippet of my speech, “Empowerment”. 🎤✨

Today I had the honor of being one of the keynote speakers at the 10 year anniversary celebration for Latinos Juntos Dance Team. The first dance team I ever joined in MY LIFEEE, if it wasn’t for @latinosjuntosdance and @tatianamiryam I wouldn’t be the woman I am today. My heart is full, thank you for creating safe spaces for the youth to flourish. Grateful forever and LJ forever! 💙

Thank God. ⭐️🧘🏻‍♀️

Everyday I show up “Positive and Productive”. It’s a philosophy my father raised me to live by.

Life is too short to be wasting time on negativity. Smile, be present and be intentional about your energy.

Be the energy you want to become. 🧲💸📈🏡👩🏻‍💼🌟

I’m here to build generational wealth, break barriers, build an empire, love life and be HAPPY. 🌱☮️🥳🙋🏻‍♀️

That’s why I created SSS, because I am SSS. I want to become as successful as I possibly can. & I want to help you do the same thing.

Team bonding, but make it fall 😍🎃🍂 Took our girls through the corn maze at Jack’s and honestly it’s the perfect spot for a team outing or group night. Missing a few members! 👑

✨ MY 60-DAY MINI ARC ✨

60 days until my birthday, and this isn’t about becoming a different version of myself — it’s about feeling stronger, more energized, and even better in the body I’ve worked so hard to understand. 🤎

I’ve lived with spondylolisthesis and chronic pain for the last six years. In the beginning, I didn’t know how to live in my body anymore. I gained 40 pounds, struggled physically and emotionally, and eventually moved back home to find the care I needed.

Finding a doctor who finally took my pain seriously changed everything.

Since then, I’ve learned how to work WITH my body instead of against it. I lost the 40 pounds, found a weight where I feel comfortable, and most importantly, learned that strength, mobility, and consistency are incredibly important for me.

So for the next 60 days, I’m committing to:
• Strength training 3–4x a week with low-impact, back-conscious workouts
• A combination of gym + at-home movement
• Walks on active recovery days because walking is genuinely one of my favorite things
• Whole foods that support my energy and lifestyle
• Plenty of water + electrolytes
• Consistency with my @arrae Shred Duo — Tone Gummies + MB1 Support
• Listening to my body and respecting my limitations

Nothing extreme. Nothing aggressive. No punishing myself.

Just 60 days of small, sustainable choices and seeing what consistency can do. ✨

And a huge shoutout to @superstarrsuccess Sofia, an amazing Chicago creator whose own journey inspired me to start mine. Go follow along with her journey too! 🫶🏽

I’m excited to bring you along and share the workouts, food, supplements, real-life chronic pain days, progress, and everything in between.

Here’s to 60 days of choosing strength, energy, mobility, and feeling GOOD. 🤎
