woke up this morning to social media posts about my godfather ansar ali @unlikelyconnects passing, and my heart is completely broken. πŸ˜’πŸ’” My dad was trying to call him this morning because he didn’t want to believe that my god father was really gone. Nobody protected me and looked out for me the way my father didβ€”except my godfather. He played such a huge role in my childhood, my life, and my music career. So many memories, lessons, and moments I’ll carry with me forever. This one really hurts. πŸ’” I wasn’t ready for this goodbye. Forever love you, Godfather. πŸ•ŠοΈβ€οΈ Thank you for everything you did for me, everything you taught me, and every time you were there when I needed you. Rest peacefully, Godfather. Until we meet again. πŸ•ŠοΈπŸ™πŸΎβ€οΈ taken in Detroit, Michigan by @supertemajor
