Pause. Breathe. Reset.

This is your friendly reminder to pause! Take three deep inhalations and slow exhalations through the nostrils and another deep breath with an open mouth exhalation. Let the tension and stress pass. Reset and continue your journey! 💗

Yes, You CAN! 🔥

Do you feel intimidated by our Yogaboards and are afraid that you won’t be able to hold your balance?

We’ve got you!

Most of our clients felt the same way and were surprised to learn that it actually isn’t that difficult to practice on our boards. Muscle memory is your biggest supporter during practice and allows you to feel a different when returning after just one class!

Don’t hesitate and give it a try!

Much Love,
Bianca
