♥︎𝙿𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚗𝚎𝚛 𝚃𝚒𝚖𝚎♥︎ Before Avery was born, my husband and I did a lot of #acroyoga , rock climbing and other couple activities so as you can imagine, we haven’t done this in a loooong time. Nevertheless, it worked out surprisingly well! Muscle memory is a hell of a thing! A milestone worth celebrating! 🎉 I’m proud to share that I have officially passed the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam and earned my Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR®) certification in the United States, building on my professional background in occupational therapy in Germany. This achievement represents more than passing an exam. It reflects years of learning, perseverance, professional growth, and a continued commitment to the field of occupational therapy. As a Doctor of Occupational Therapy with an international background in rehabilitation, research, and holistic wellness, I’m excited to continue building on my experiences and contributing to evidence-based, person-centered care. I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported me along the way. To my mentors and colleagues, thank you for sharing your knowledge, guidance, and encouragement. To my husband, family, and friends, thank you for believing in me, standing by me through the challenging moments, and reminding me to keep going. Your support has meant more than words can express. Here’s to continued growth, collaboration, and making a difference through occupational therapy! #occupationaltherapy #nbcot #OTR #professionalgrowth by @yogi.bianca

Germany 🇩🇪 vs. Paraguay 🇵🇾 A FIFA World Cup 2026 Moment I’ll never forget ❤️ ⚽️ 🏟️ There are moments in life that stay forever - and this was one of them! Living in Boston made this experience even more special. Seeing my home city host a FIFA World Cup 2026 match was something I never imagined I’d witness. The atmosphere inside the stadium was absolutely incredible - thousands of fans, nonstop energy, und unforgettable emotions. Germany may have lost to Paraguay, but the result doesn’t take away from what was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Some moments are bigger than the final score, and this is one I’ll never forget. Thank you, Boston, for bringing the world together through the beautiful game! 🌎 🏆 #FIFAWorldCup2026 #Boston #Gilettestadium #GermanAmerican #Bucketlist by @yogi.bianca
Officially American 🇺🇸 Yesterday I took the oath, and today…I am officially an American! After so many years of building a life here, calling this place home, and growing in ways I never imagined, becoming a dual citizen feels surreal. It’s been an emotional journey—full of hope, challenges, gratitude, and growth—and standing there at the ceremony yesterday meant more than I can put into words. To finally have a voice in the country that has shaped me for so long… it truly means the world. Here’s to new beginnings, to belonging, and to embracing every part of who I am. ♥️💙🤍 #americancitizen #becominganamerican #naturalization #uscitizenship #dualcitizenship by @yogi.bianca
Wishing everyone a beautiful Thanksgiving weekend filled with gratitude, joy, and connection! 🦃🍁 This year I’m feeling especially thankful for the running ability of my body—the way it carries me, supports me, and reminds me of my strength. And to top it off, I placed 27th out of 107 in my age group at the Wild Turkey Run in Salem… without even racing! Not too bad!!! Proud, grateful, and inspired to keep moving with kindness toward myself. 💛 #ThanksgivingWeekend #Gratitude #WildTurkeyRun #SalemMA #ProudAndGrateful #MindfulMovement #metersforliters by @yogi.bianca
There came a point when my body whispered, ‘No more,’ and my heart echoed with too much. I was tired, not broken—just full. But something gentle and steady inside me said, ‘One more stride.’ So I kept running. One stride at a time. And then another. And somehow, through the blur of tears and the ache of effort, I crossed the finish line I once thought I’d might not reach. #chicagomarathon #26miles #finishline #abbottwmm #1stmarathon #lifegoal #dreamscomingtrue #grateful #femalerunner #momswhorun by @yogi.bianca
🌿✨ Hiked into stillness, laughed with family, and let the forest teach us presence. Nature is the original classroom—where breath deepens, minds clear, and hearts open. 🧘‍♀️👣🌲 Step outside. Let your feet meet the Earth, your gaze lift to the sky. Nature hikes aren’t just exercise—they’re soul work. They reduce stress, boost focus, and remind us we’re part of something vast and beautiful. Yoga isn’t only on the mat—it’s in every mindful step, every shared smile, every moment of awe. 🌞💚 #YogicLiving #NatureHeals #FamilyFlow #HikingWithHeart #MindfulStudents #YogaOffTheMat #RootedAndRising #familyhike #nhfoliage #momentsofpeace #naturebreath by @yogi.bianca
