Part 1 - Blueberry Buff Blast Buffin Muffin

The More I Enjoy These Things The More I Think To Myself…What Is The Sense of Going and Getting A “Cheat” Snack or Meal that Is Just Horrific For You?

Don’t Get Me Wrong I Love a Good Slics of Adam from Cheesecake Factory but those Ingredients and Macros are Off the Richter Scale!

And You Feel Like Crap After

Are the Buffins a “healthy” Treat?

No

But They Taste FIRE and are FAR Less Worse and Guilty Than Sliding Off Into a Crumbl Cookie etc…

And Added Protein is Always in the Budget

—standby for part 2…we have another fan—-

@suppcartel Just Got A Load In!!

Ultra Sleep Pouches

Now Normally This Isn’t Something I Would Entirely Look Into But Considering How Many Times I’ve Fallen Asleep With Pouches in the Lip

Why Not Utilize Something That Could Actually Help

Basically A Small Drip Of a Ingredients to “Ease” The Day and Slide You Off in a Soothing Honey Lemon Flavor

-1mg of Melatonin
-50mg of L Theanine
-12mg of Lemon Balm Extract
-10mg of Chamomile Extract
-10mg of Passion Flower Extract

Not Overpowering to Say The Least but a Nice Little Touch to Take a Small Edge Off

And Considering Pouches are Just Life Now - Why Not?

@suppcartel Got Em If Ya Need Em

Strawberry Crunch Milkshake Buffin Muffin

OKAY - I Get It - I’m A Couple Buffins Behind

I Am A Busy Man What Can I Say - Plus I Use These As A Treat To Myself

This Is an Instant Favorite - I Mean Instant Favorite

I Mean Honestly With How Good These Things Are I Can’t See A Reason To Consume Any of the Crappy Foods Out There

I Rarely Slide Off A Diet Plan but I Also Flex It A Bit Here and There

If I Am Going To Enjoy Something and Stay With In The Realm - It Mine As Well Be Something Like This

@buffinbakery

If in the Local 518 - @suppcartel Got Dem
