Movement creates good energy, this energy raises the frequency/vibration of the mover, which is transferred to others willing to receive it …in this case, our Harley boy ⚡️🐕🥹

Movement is medicine 🍄 …I’ll die on this hill 💯

What a gift movement can be.

It’s like having a little doorway available to us at any moment — on the other side, a lighter world.

Stay movin’ 🫶🏼

This very well may have been the most peaceful place I’ve ever been.

Though it may not look or sound peaceful to everyone, this is my version of peace.

Movement, music & dance have become my way of finding presence, gratitude, love, joy… and ultimately, peace.

Ground-based acrobatics/tricking for dance & play is currently loadinggg 😏 …excited to keep sharing the journey.

Forever committed to staying curious and learning what this body is capable of.

Stay supple 🐆⚡️🍄

Also, @pavelpetrov_exe may be my all time favorite producer; if you’re seeing this, thanks for making the best beats 🫡🙏🏼 by @suppleb_

Movement is medicine, dance is freedom & music is the bridge between the two.

At least that’s what I believe… but wtf do I know!?

I recently recorded the audio and video from a set I mixed & danced to in my living room for da Harley and me. This is the build & drop from the first track. I honestly had too much fun with this & yeah, more to come for sure.

I’ll be sharing on YouTube soon. Thinking of calling the series “Mix & Move.”

I want this & future vids to live in my little corner of the internet for the sole purpose of having a place to come back to when I’m not thrivin & vibin & feelin good; a place to come to remind myself that life is fkn beautiful when I get out of my head & into my body. Maybe they will help you feel the same ..maybe they’ll help you feel a little lighter too.

Y’all into it, or have I completely lost my sht?

The more I move, the better I feel.

The more I dance, the more alive I become.

Movement knows no language, no boundaries, and no judgment. Just joy, connection, expression, and love.

Pure magic.

Stay movin’. 🤍⚡️🕺🏼 by @suppleb_
