Okay, #MusicMonday flashback.

Last month I did an open mic at a huge event, a cappella. Y'alllllll.... I was nervous!!

But now that I'm a vocal coach, (and coaching in general) I have to practice what I preach.😭

So I'm sharing this to encourage someone else DO IT SCARED. DO IT FUCKED UP, JUST DO IT!!

Some people gon like it, some people gon hate it, but it takes NO COURAGE to be a hater. 😏💁🏾‍♀️ And That's that ON THAT!

Okay, so I finally got around some masculine energy, (TRUE masculine energy), and it helped me balance my yin💓

Contrary to popular belief, Alpha women do submit to men, and soften up when in the presence of a MASCULINE man.

I give thanks for all that have reached out over the past few weeks to assist me, especially in the last few days.

Everything is moving in the right direction and I give thanks & praise to the almighty for aligning me with the kindness of strangers who act as angels in my life.

You know the song that says “been around the world and I yi yi?”

Well my soul took that as a personal challenge 🥴😩😭

what I thought would be a cute lil yoga assistant training in Spain became a 2 week drop off into an absolute RABBIT HOLE of an experience 😭

I lived, I learned, I cried, I laughed, and I made peace with the journey.

Along the way, I had quite a few brushes with angels; I had people show up for me and send me funds during an extremely harsh lesson and I never expected that tbh.

I’m doing my best to learn to lean on others, and to be seen trying. And I’m gonna put some melodies to it soon and tell y’all all about it.

But first I gotta talk to, and hug on the trees in my city bc BOI this past two weeks has been a DOOZY🥴😮‍💨 by @supreme_nish
