Baked brie in puff pastry🔥finished with tangy Chimi from @sur.direct
All in under 10 minutes. Puff pastry, chilli jam and a wheel of brie, baked at 180C until golden, then finished with tangy Sur Direct chimichurri. Serve it with sliced apples and pears and share it with friends. Easy entertaining, big flavour.

Steak, eggs and chimichurri. What could go wrong? 🥩🍳🌿

Thick-cut steak, seared hard in cast iron. Salt it generously and add pepper for that crust. 3 minutes a side on high heat, 4 minutes in the oven at 180°C, then rest it for 4 minutes. Top it with a sunny side up organic egg and drown it in @surdirect chimichurri.

Then cut through it and watch that yolk run 🤤

Steak and eggs are extremely good, but chimichurri makes them unforgettable.

10-minute asado ribs. No smoker. No 6-hour cook. Just a ripping-hot pan.
Beef ribs, 7 minutes total. Frozen chips fried in beef tallow. Sur Direct chimichurri on top.
Chips as the base, ribs on top. Done.
