I posted on my story on Wednesday about some changes and wanted to just get a lil post out about it too. (You can see the story post by swiping).

I’ve decided to change up my Instagram and separate life and work, so if you’re here for more work-related stuff, please do follow @eljamescreative . If you’re a friend/wouldn’t mind doing so, obviously any support is helpful for small businesses so please do give me a follow on there too 🫶🏻 . I’m going to keep trying to regularly post on both because quite frankly I’ve been shocking 😇

I’d like to say how incredibly thankful I am to those who saw my story and have reached out, showed me love, & even screen shot themselves changing my name in their phone (😭). Honestly. I’m so lucky to be surrounded by such amazing people.

This hasn’t been a quick decision (in fact it’s been years and years, there’s been parts of it that I haven’t ever shared with anyone) and while it might not be new life updates to some, it’s really important for me to be open and real, & to live authentically 😌

The truth is, I’ve spent so long trying to live comfortably but feeling fundamentally uncomfortable, trying to fit into society’s expectations, supporting others with their journeys but not prioritising mine, and hiding parts of myself out of fear of judgment. Unfortunately, reality is, parts of those factors have also played a part in me holding back being true to myself, two steps forward and one step back, but not any more 🙂‍↔️

My little love ❤️

My heart is always full of so much love and joy when we’re together. Real talk: Co-parenting life is harddd. There’s no sugar coating anything that brings with it. Not being able to see you every day hurts more + more each time we have to say goodbye. It’s not normally this long but this week it’ll be 8 days + that feels unbearable right now. All I can do is look forward to the times we do get together, cherish every moment, try to be the best parent I can be + flood you with all love you deserve ❤️
