The WAS me last year 😂…and I’m going back in a couple of weeks. It was the BEST TIME EVER and I know that FUN 🥳 will always be the main ingredient with Anais and the Facing Blank Pages team. Woohoooo! I’m a happy girl…wild & free.😍💛🌟

Fun times in paradise 🌊✨can’t stay away…Lombok has a piece of my heart.

Getting tossed around by the waves and letting Mother Ocean have her way with me. 😌

Windy days. Wobbly turns.
Definitely got a ways to go… but feeling very, very alive. 💙🦋

I’m learning to read her moods, trust my body, and stay soft even when the sea gets rough.
Progress isn’t always pretty…but it is so fulfilling .

Still dancing. Still learning. Still in love with the ocean and surfing. 🌊💫

Especially grateful for the love that I feel for all my new friends…they make paradise even more beautiful. 💙

My heart is full, my hair is salty, and my smile isn’t going anywhere. 💙

Surf adventures are what keep my soul dancing. 🌞🌊 This little video was made by my favorite coach (and partner-in-FUN) Anais from @FacingBlankPages 💙.

She’s the heartbeat behind my surfing journey—the reason I paddle back out when the ocean tests me and the cheerleader who makes me laugh and keep believing myself. 🙌💦

Let’s talk about FUN. 😍✨
 It’s the main course on the menu at Anais’s Facing Blank Pages Surf Retreats. This experience was a dream come true! 💦💙🌴

Indonesia + a crew of passionate surf-loving humans = pure magic. I laughed harder, surfed braver, loved bigger, and came home an even happier surfer girl. 🏄🏽‍♀️✨

Ciara’s Surf Story 🌊💙

Three years ago, I left Marin, California, craving a big life change. I’d never been to Costa Rica, but knew I wanted warm ocean water, sunsets and tropical nights.

I signed up for a women’s surf retreat in Dominical — at 66! — and I fell in love with it all.

After exploring more surf towns, I found Tamarindo, moved there, and never looked back. I’ve done more surf retreats, and went to Bali to surf for 3 months.

I turned 69 this June feeling stronger than ever—thanks to surfing and the gym workouts.

I just started working out at the gym 3 months ago and it’s been amazing. I was never attracted to the gym. Now I have a trainer and it makes such a difference in my workouts. She wants to keep me strong for surfing and for enjoying all my adventures! 😅

I’ve been to Burning Man 20 times so I’m kind of a courageous (and a little bit wild) woman who lives life to the fullest! 😂

Surfing has been my greatest challenge and my greatest joy.

The sisterhood in the water, the waves, the laughter—it’s all given me a new sense of purpose. I’m so grateful. 💫🏄‍♀️

Hola! 😍
I just spent an epic week with a group of AMAZING humans at a Surf With Amigas retreat — and wow, what a ride!

Surfing is still one of my biggest (and funnest) challenges, but every challenge comes with a smile.

I made this little video as a love letter to them, but I thought I’d share it with you too… just in case you ever feel like hopping on a board and joining the wild, wonderful adventure!

Here’s one of my favorite waves — plus a few pictures that I liked. Riding this wave of life like the wild woman that I am. 😋🥳🏄🏽‍♀️

Just returned from an incredible three-day longboard surf retreat with the amazing @leo.noserider in beautiful Sanur, Bali! 😍🏄🏽‍♀️ What a ride—literally and figuratively. I spent hours laughing, loving, connecting, and soaking in beauty… oh, and playing in the ocean like a total water baby. 🌊🙏🥰
The biggest takeaway? The magic of the social scene out on the water. 💙 There’s nothing like spending three days with the sweetest, funniest, and most caring Balinese surf instructors while cheering on my bold & beautiful surfing girlfriends. The love, encouragement, and joy we shared made every wave that much better. 🌞✨
This experience reminded me why I keep coming back to the ocean. It’s not just about the waves—it’s about the connections, the passion, and doing what lights your soul on fire. 🔥💖 Find your thing. Do what you love. Life is just too short not to. 😘❤️
