Rasgada arqueada ou levantando o bico e chutando o tail?

Quando a parede é menos inclinada, uma rasgada mais arqueada ocupa melhor o espaço disponível.. A linha fica mais fluida, transmite projeção e evidencia o estilo.

Já levantar o bico e chutar o tail deixa a linha mais quebrada, mais vertical e com uma sensação maior de radicalidade.

No fim das contas, não existe certo ou errado.

Quem domina a borda, a pressão e o timing consegue executar as duas com qualidade.. A escolha depende da leitura da pista, da inclinação da parede e da intenção da manobra.

On this backside session I was more focused on going strong on my first turn so bottom turn was super important (as always), and if everything went well on that first turn then I tried to complete the wave with a decent surf.

One of my most used boards.

And sometimes…they need a bit of maintenance.

My boards go through thousands of hours of use from various different people. Way more use than an average person would expect to make.

This wee tutorial shows you how simple it is to change a broken spring on the Meraki system. You don’t always need to replace a board, just give it a bit TLC.
