start doing more grounding practices, you probably need it

healing is so much more than therapy, get those feet in the grass

it’s laughing, it’s joy and playfulness
it’s somatic work, grounding and movement

it’s community & solitude

start thinking of living life with a holistic approach 🦋

if you need support, i coach 1:1 energy & mindset sessions 💛 dm me to know more by @surrenderwithniko

your energy body and your nervous system needs you to take care of your inner world.

create peace and safety within from:
- energy work
- meditation
- awareness

if you need help, i offer 1:1 sessions guiding you from burnout to peace <3 by @surrenderwithniko

a morning routine of devotion is exactly what your nervous system needs

1 - intentional time journalling, pulling tarot or reading

2 - slow breaths and meditation to feed your mind a stable breakfast

3 - prepping things the night before so you don’t stress in the morning

we are too often rushing, which directly tells our nervous system we aren’t safe.

slow down. unless there is serious danger your body doesn’t need to think there’s a fire.
