With Emergence, the latest EP by Sioc, we open a new chapter for Vehemence and for our residency. This release embodies the transformative energy that has always driven us - music as a space of becoming, never standing still:

03.10 ⊹ GIRI

At @giri.berlino the night brings together residents Ana Malo, Vidarr, and Surt, carrying the essence of Vehemence, and introducing Sioc as the newest addition to the residency.

As part of the celebration, Komet99, whose album
‘Sunflower’ with us earlier this year marked an important milestone, joins forces with Veryl East for a special b2b.

We’re proud to announce our next release - a full-length album that holds deep significance for our collective. This time, we welcome a deeply cherished artist whose sound has long resonated within our community: @komet99999

This project marks a meaningful milestone for Komet99, a producer of rare sensitivity and vision, shaped by a period of reflection and emotional depth. Crafted with intention and heart, the release became more than just music - it became a space for focus, creativity, and healing. You can feel that energy in every detail: from delicate atmospheres to bold, driving rhythms, it’s a story that speaks from within.

Sunflower features eight tracks that trace an evolving narrative:

⊹ Komet99, Vidarr – Quasar Flares
⊹ Komet99 – Sunflower
⊹ Komet99 – Sunflower (Acid Mix)
⊹ Komet99 – Escape Velocity
⊹ Komet99 – In Your Eyes
⊹ Komet99, Surt – Polarization
⊹ Komet99 – Sunflower (Ambient Mix)
⊹ Komet99 – Midnattssol (Upward Spiral Mix)

Adding to its significance, the album features a rework of Midnattssol, originally released on our first V/A compilation Extravision - now reimagined through a new lens, enriched with the maturity and depth that time and reflection bring.

Further deepening the spirit of collaboration, two of our own - @__vidarr and @surt_, both longstanding core residents of our collective - join Komet99 in crafting two powerful pieces, embodying a deep creative bond and the shared language that has developed since then.

For us, this is more than a release - it’s a testament to connection, resilience, and the quiet power of artistic expression. We’re honored to share it with you.

Sunflower will be released digitally via bandcamp on 07.07 [11:00am Monday, CET] taken in Berlin, Germany by @surt_

✧ Flux Mix Series 027︱Surt

(@surt_ ) Surt’s musical journey began early, delving into music as a child and evolving from instrument exploration to DJing in his formative years. Eventually, he honed his craft, developing a unique sonic signature. Recently performing in India’s dynamic Goa and Bangalore scenes, his music captivates with a blend of deep basslines and ethereal soundscapes. With past releases on prominent techno labels like Planet Rhythm, Edit Select, and Illegal Alien, he’s now exploring new trance and psy-inspired sounds through Vehemence, Materica, Techlab, and upcoming projects.

This December, Surt will also feature on Flux Collective’s next release, «shiny.non.definable.rarities.02».

Our new VA on @vehemence.co is finally out 🪐

Mastering these amazing works made me realise how difficult it is to find the right balance between so many sonorities and production styles involved without affecting the final intent of every single artist.

I’m really happy with the outcome and the flawless communication with these great producers and I really hope I’ll get the chance to work on many more mastering projects like this in the future.

Aaaand last but not least don’t forget to check out my track ‘Breath’ which I’ve been pushing in my sets for so long and finally saw the light 💫
