Celebrating the final day of a gorgeous yoga retreat hosted by @allielabateyoga at the stunning @kawoqforest in San Marcos, Lake Atitlán

A gentle yet profound journey through sound

These offerings are completely unique for each client - working with the medicine of sound and including optional medicinal plants if required🌱

Hosting these ceremonies feels like such a blessing, these images show me on my final day in Lake Atitlán - doing what I’ve been guided to do by spirit & soul

Much love and thanks @allielabateyoga for your trust

Much love and thanks to the spirits and people of #lakeatitlán

So much love

Such healing

A time for Deep rest

🔥 Beltane retreat at @heart_of_mother_earth @cropsnotshops

We were blessed with such beautiful people for our inaugural retreat in our exquisite new space.

We gathered for celebration - healing - transformation - all in the name of love

So much gratitude to @siobhanshivkelly and @sus_asol for co-creating this wonderfully grounding healing container

So much gratitude to @chay_cropsnotshops for this amazing Opportunity, May we always trust in the greatest good, Thanks to Ehsan and Iyah for the wonderful nourishing food for our health, thankyou @festivalyogi for your teachings and guidance and support through the process, Thankyou to the land and all the spirits - ancestors - trees - birds - animals - elements and all those that are Guardians of this land and of Avalon. Thankyou to everyone who helped build this amazing project and may many beings be if it from the hard work you put into this land.

Testimonial from Jade 🌺

“To all you beautiful beings who I got to share this space with, Thankyou for the space to just BE - to be seen, heard, held.
Thankyou to the land - what energy to be surrounded by.

Thankyou Sus and Siobhan you wonderful souls, for all you bought & shared at this retreat.

Walking through the wellness field felt like walking through someone’s daydream - a vision bought to life.

I look forwards to returning to the land soon, love and light, Jade”

We are beyond words for the magic that was created here and the opportunity we all shared for such deep connection to each other - our selves - and Mother Nature

Through prayer - healing practices - ritual - slowing down - connection - we can find the spaciousness to rediscover the truest versions of ourselves and release what no longer serves us

We bring in the fire of life - let us be energised and clear in our paths

We bring in the calmness of water - may we find rest and steadiness in our bodies taken in Glastonbury, Somerset, United Kingdom by @sus_asol

Mushroom musings 🍄

If we can slow down and really make space for deep listening, the truth it is always there, a whisper of the heart, when we choose to listen and act on that pure direction the messages become louder over time and easier to follow

Sound is such a potent medicine, when we learn how to tune into the vibrations of the time and space we work in, we can adapt the sounds we produce to match the frequencies of the moment, that is where the magic is… deep listening, resonating with the environment.

Dissonance can clear unwanted energies whilst harmonising with the moment can boost and amplify the energies that are coming straight from source, landing the dream, tuning in the listeners attention to the sounds of creation in real time, this is meditation, this is where the healing happens. taken in Chepstow by @sus_asol
