Susafa is joining the Rouchelli collection. A 200-year-old masseria deep in the Sicilian countryside, still run by the same family, with eighteen rooms, its own olive oil, bread baked from its own flour and a pool surrounded by nothing but fields. A truly magical place to visit.

Some experiences are best told through the eyes of those who lived them.
At Susafa, our cooking classes are not only about recipes. They are about getting your hands in the dough, discovering the flavours of Sicily, sharing stories around the table and enjoying the simple pleasure of making something together.
These beautiful moments were captured by one of our guests, who joined us for a Sicilian cooking experience and shared it through her own eyes.
Because for us, the most meaningful part of Susafa is seeing how our guests experience it, make it their own, and take a little piece of it home with them. 🌿
