🥗 Fresh & Crunchy Kimchi Salad 🥝✨

Preparation 🥢

Grate fresh carrots and cucumber. Finely chop cilantro, spring onions, and add any fruit of your choice for a hint of sweetness.

Toss everything into a bowl with kimchi, pickled onions, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and black sesame seeds.

Sprinkle some chili powder, drizzle a little olive oil and soy sauce. Add fresh lemon juice or leftover pickled onion vinegar for that extra tangy kick!

✨ Tip: Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving so all the flavors blend beautifully!
