At Sushibari, the hand roll experience is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the senses.

Guided through a spread of fresh ingredients, guests craft their own hand rolls, engaging directly with texture, aroma, flavor, and touch before the simple act of digestion. It’s a moment of presence sharing food, conversation, and curiosity with those around you.
As hands create and senses awaken, live performance unfolds throughout the evening, transforming dinner into something more immersive: a gathering where art, food, and community meet.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for another unforgettable night of connection, creativity, and sensory exploration.

After a year of quiet evolution, Sushibari returns. More intimate. More refined.

What began as an exploration of sushi and shibari has evolved into a rare gathering where craftsmanship, beauty, and human connection meet with intention. With a carefully limited guest list, unforgettable sushi experiences, world-class shibari performances, and thoughtful details throughout, every element has been designed with care.

For the first time, Sushibari unfolds across two consecutive evenings, allowing guests to choose the night that best suits their rhythm.

Sushibari is not a party. It is an evening of presence.

An intimate encounter with taste, artistry, and connection—one that lingers long after the evening ends, accompanied by a small gift and lasting memories.
