I forgot what it was like to just breathe.
I forgot what it was like to live in moments and enjoy them.
I forgot what it was like to be present when I’m out, to not have to fake that smile or laugh at the right times.
I forgot what it was like to be myself.
I forgot me.

So let’s reset - because it’s okay.
I forgot that it’s okay to reset or restart or redo life - it’s my timeline. It’s my choice. It’s my life.
It is okay to forget a self that you grew out of, to shed a skin you no longer fit into.

Life is your journey. So reset as many times as you need to - the only person that’s judging you is YOU and why should you judge yourself instead of accepting yourself.

Dropping 💛 so that you know it’s okay to reset.

Less noise. More intention.

Back to that “if they wanted to then they would” energy but this time with a remix.

People forget that this isn’t a line for relationships only but a line that goes across the board. It includes friendships, family relationships and any relationship you have with people.

So now I will give back the same energy that people give me.

Sun-Toh-Sha🤍

Life became heavy, and somewhere along the way I stopped doing the things that once made me feel alive. So I went back to the beginning — back to creating with my hands. Drawing, painting, designing on paper. And little by little, as the ink touched the page and the paint began to flow, parts of me started to heal again.

Creating became my peace.
It made me feel whole again.

What started as something deeply personal slowly turned into something I wanted to share with others. I started creating personalised pieces for friends and family — cards, paintings, little customised keepsakes — and watching them treasure something made just for them reminded me how meaningful personal touches really are.

In a world where so much feels rushed and impersonal, I wanted to create things that felt intentional. Things made with care, emotion, and thought. Something that could make someone pause, smile, and feel loved.

So this is me taking a chance and sharing that piece of my heart with all of you.

Accepting that no matter how many times you speak up, how many times you voice yourself or just share feelings - you will never be truly heard.

People choose to hear what they want, they try to understand you in a way that they choose to but never the actual way. You learn to accept and make peace with it. You accept that people will not accept your truth because it’s not what they want to hear, you accept that your feelings can only be shared on pages that will never judge you, pages that will never tell you that you are wrong or that YOUR feelings are wrong.

We make accept and make peace that we will never truly be seen, be understood, be heard.

We accept and we let go.
