🫵 Are YOU ready? It’s MEET DAY! 🟠🦅

The River Hawks head to Lehigh University this Friday for the 52nd Paul Short Run!

What began with just seven men’s teams in 1969 has grown into one of the nation’s largest cross country meets. Named in honor of longtime Lehigh athletics administrator and cross country supporter Paul Short, this year’s event brings together more than 7,000 athletes from over 600 high schools and colleges. Big fields, strong competition, and a chance to put our hard work to the test! 🔥

Both River Hawk squads will compete in the Green Races:
🟢 Men — 3:30 PM
🟢 Women — 4:15 PM

📍 Goodman Campus Cross Country Course
📅 Friday, October 2 | Bethlehem, PA

We’re ready to race. Are YOU ready to cheer? 🫵

A huge THANK YOU to all of our alumni, family, and friends who joined us for the 2nd Annual Ashley Tomlinson Alumni Run & Homecoming Tailgate! 🧡💤

It was great having so many familiar faces back on campus, reconnecting, sharing stories, and celebrating the history and family of Susquehanna Cross Country & Track and Field.

We may have been having too much fun at the tailgate and forgot to take any pictures 😂 — but it was great seeing everyone, and we truly appreciate everyone who took the time to come out and spend the day with us!

Thank you for continuing to support our program and staying connected to the River Hawk family. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Once a River Hawk, always a River Hawk. 🧡🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
