Really happy with my Sini Beanie by @gregoriafibers that I tested over the last few days. In this chunky yarn combination it knit up so quickly and it's very soft and cosy! Rest assured I will be wearing this nonstop.

This is going to make the squishiest beanie for the incoming autumn chill ❄️. Currently casting on for the Sini beanie by @gregoriafibers. It's hard to describe how soft these yarns are together and I can't wait to see the blue peek through the black curly Teddy Dear.

My October Pullover is really coming along. Even if I've mostly taken photos on the little bench outside my house of my progress. Autumn has been quite busy with my knitting time being mostly after dark now.

I can never resist a bright pop of blue and the shade "Moby" is the perfect slightly marled bright blue 💙

Cast on for the Gabrielle Cardigan Light by Gregoria Fibers in this gorgeous Lamana Perla that I very generously received for the testknit. It's very soft and drapey in its cotton/alpaca/silk blend. Even so smooth to knit with that there's none of my usual rowing out and it's just flying off the needles.

i read somewhere (maybe Vogue?) that boysenberry is one of the colours of the season and my mind must have been leaning that way already when I opted for this shade because it's screaming fall/winter to me!

We are already well into October but I still have some photos from September to share here. Scrolling through my images from last month it's obvious it has been one of the busier work months of the year for me, as there wasn't much time to knit when the sun was still out.

Nevertheless I've gotten very far on Agi the Sheep (now also with a curly jacket), I wore my favourite August Sweater and Lakes Jacket all the time and started some random new Latvian mittens that turned out too small so have already been frogged, to be continued.

Something very exciting arrived in the post earlier this week 💌. Happy to share that I will be knitting with a new colour of one of my favourite yarns: @wooldreamers saona, this one is called Moby 🐋💙.
You all know I can't resist a perfect blue!

The colours are in collaboration with @ozetta and this bright yet complex blue will soon become her newest October Pullover! I have already cast on and it's flying off the needles, so more photos coming very soon!

Excited to share my finished Nina Top by @knitwork___ . It's the first boat neck sweater in my wardrobe and the first time working with this lovely textured yarn. As a thicker cotton it's perfect for the transitional autumn season 🍂

Finished a new beanie for fall. I had been eyeing the Dual Loop Beanie for a while and finally picked up a skein of Jensen in Oslo this summer. I paired it with some Kremke Silky Kid in a brighter blue for a slight marled effect. Pretty sure I won't be taking this off all winter ❄️💙

Story roundup as August comes to an end ☀️🌸

Filled with summer time at home, so many flowers at the market, steeking my Lillehammer, and lots of swimming.

Followed by a great trip to Stockholm and Oslo with so many amazing yarn stores (see my story highlights for the full tour 😌). I bought several different ribbons and a few projects' worth of yarn. I have cast on for some Latvian mittens already! by @suusknits

The most rewarding sweater I've ever knit ❄️❄️

This Lillehammer 1994 Olympic Sweater took me a year and as half to complete as I was only knitting on this every now and then and needed to figure out how to steek, but I love how it turned out. I opted for some very classic colours for a timeless winter sweater I'll cherish forever.

Pattern: #Lillehammer1994sweater designed by @daleofnorway for the 1994 Norwegian Olympic team. You can find the free pattern on the House of Yarn website. I used the more cropped version in English.

Yarn: Dale Garn Lanolin Wool which is really soft but also this will be perfectly warm for the winter months 🎿❄️

Some quick photos of my finished #augustsweater ahead of the pattern release later this week! The fit on this one is just immaculate. It's so comfortable.

I am currently on holiday in Oslo & this is the perfect sweater to get me through the cooler parts of the day.

I have been trying to finish some of my WIPs before I go on holidays and managed to finish this little Friday Sweater Baby in some leftover sock yarns for a friend's little one.

I added some blue edges to use up all of the Daruma merino yarn. And besides having to knit the little sleeves on dpns, which I'm never really a fan of, this was a fun and pretty quick knit overall to get through more scrap yarns. I'm sure I'll make more in the future.
