🌸 Skytree x Sakura 🌸

I visited Japan around 23 March 2024, hoping to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom. However, the weather turned really cold about two weeks before my visit, and Spring started later than expected that year — so the predictions were off.

Despite that, I was so happy to find this perfect Sakura frame in Sumida Park!🥰

Timing these cherry blossoms is the hardest thing 🥹

How do you plan in advance for Cherry blossoms? Asking for a friend 😉

Sensō-ji temple in Asakusa where ancient traditions meet the modern Tokyo ❤️

Sensō-ji is an ancient Buddhist temple and a must on any travel itinerary in Tokyo, Japan. It’s the oldest temple in Tokyo and it’s one of the most visited religious sites in the world with 30 million visitors annually. Did you know that?

There is no entrance fees to walk the grounds, enter the main hall, or visit the surrounding shrines making it accessible for everyone who visits the Japan and hence it gets super crowded.

I highly recommend visiting early in the morning or at sunrise. I promise it’s worth the early morning call.

What else to see/do in Asakusa:

- Stroll through Sumida Park
- Go shopping at Nakamise-dori
- Visit the Shin Nakamise Shopping street
- Visit the Tokyo Tower that’s near Asakusa

The Deer of Nara Park 🦌🦌

Save this post and tag someone who you’d like to go to Nara with 🥰

⁣The deer of Nara Park are over 1,000 wild Japanese Sika deer that roam freely in Nara, Japan.

According to local folklore, these deer are considered the messenger of the gods & have been considered sacred for over 1,300 years. They have become the symbol of the city and have even been designated as a natural treasure.

Tips for Visiting

* You can buy and feed the deer specialized crackers (usually 200 yen for 10) from local vendors.
* Don’t tease the deer with food to prevent biting.
* Keep food out of sight, as they may try to eat them.
* While many deer are friendly, they are still wild animal; approach with caution, particularly if they are gathering around you.

Where not to miss watching the sunset in Paris? From the 𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐓 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐈𝐈 😍⁣
⁣
Famous for its gilded Fames sculptures & overall intricate design, Pont Alexandre III is truly the most beautiful, ornate, and extravagant bridge in Paris from where you can also see the Eiffel Tower.
⁣
What a beautiful way to end the day with this combination of a beautiful bridge, an Eiffel Tower view, and a stunning sunset😍 Am I right?⁣

Planning a trip to Japan to see Cherry Blossoms? Don’t miss this spot when you are in Mishima 🌸🌸

SEND this to someone you’d love to travel to Japan with 🇯🇵

The Mishima Taisha is a Shinto shrine located in the city of Mishima in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. Known for its Edo-period halls, the shrine grounds include a deer garden, a tranquil pond, and a Treasure Museum displaying swords and documents associated with historical figures.

The shrine is also renowned for cherry blossoms and features roughly 200 cherry blossom trees of 15 varieties. Though I love all types of cherry blossoms, Shidare-zakura, the weeping cherries was so pretty and fascinating to see (pic 4).

Best time to visit: Late March to early April is generally the best time for full bloom.

Prague is full of amazing sights but CHARLES BRIDGE definitely belongs among the top 5 things to see in Prague 💕

It is the oldest stone bridge in Europe that links the two sides of Prague: the Old Town and Lesser Town (Malá Strana).
For centuries, Charles Bridge was the only crossing over the Vltava. This landmark is key to understanding the history of Prague’s Old Town.
⁣⁣
💫 PRO-TIP: Charles Bridge is a must to go to early in the morning (before sunrise) when there’s nobody around or when there are fewer people, but to experience it in the late afternoon when local artists and tourists gather just hits different.
⁣⁣

Have you seen this beauty? ❤️

If you want the best view of Osaka Castle with fewer crowds, head to Japanese Garden instead of being at the main castle entrance.

Tips to visit:

- When you enter the main castle entrance, turn left and you will find this spot. Or write Japanese garden in google maps when you are inside the main entrance.
- Tickets to go inside Osaka Castle costs around $11 AUD (1200 yen).
- Opening hours: 9:00-18:00 (last entry at 17:30).
- If you are short on time, you can skip the visit inside the castle but you should definitely visit the beautiful Japanese park around it.
- If you visit early in the morning around 6:45 am, you will find fewer people here or maybe no one. This video was taken at 7:14 am to be precise and we were the only ones here 🥰

The dream of seeing all big 5 came true 🐆🦁🐘

Send this to someone who needs to go on a safari trip this year 🥰❤️

A safari is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I spent 6 days of safari exploring Tarangire National Park, Ndutu plains, Ngorongoro conversation area and meeting some African tribes and it was truly THE BEST time of my life.

I always knew that I’d love safari but I didn’t know that I’d love it SO much. Seeing these wild animals in their natural habitat is a feeling that can’t be put into words. Every single day is an adventure and every sighting gives you goosebumps.

I truly can’t wait to plan another African safari in the near future.

If you have done a safari before, where was the best one for you? I need it to put in my list 🥰

Some places deserves the full frame & Maiden’s Cove is one of them 😍😍

Maiden’s Cove is a beautiful scenic lookout point nestled between Clifton’s Beaches and Glen Beach in the Suburb of Camps Bay in the City of Cape Town.

The kind of place where you pause… and just take it in.

It boasts absolutely breathtaking views of the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range and the back end of the famous Table Mountain.

It’s perfect for slow afternoons - a picnic blanket, a glass of wine or a cold beer in hand, salt in the air, and the most spectacular sunset.

Some views aren’t meant to be rushed.
They’re meant to be felt.
