God wrote this story, and today we said yes to living it. With Him at the center, our journey begins.
Thank you Jesus 🤍

Today was my last class at @ayanapilates 🤍

It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for every single person who chose to move with me. Thank you for trusting me, for showing up, for sweating and creating such a special community together.

Pilates was never just Pilates for me.

It was about people. About connection. About sharing my energy, using my voice to encourage others, and watching someone realize they were capable of more than they believed.
That’s why I believe movement can change so much more than just the body.

Unfortunately, it’s time for me to move to another city, which means this chapter comes to an end. While I’m sad to say goodbye, I’m incredibly excited for everything that’s ahead.

Thank you, @ayanapilates , for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to be part of such a beautiful studio and community. I’ll always be grateful for this chapter.

To everyone who ever joined one of my classes thank you. And I hope you’ll remember me for the ghetto playlists, the Denglish, and maybe the shaky legs too.

This isn’t the end. It’s simply the beginning of a new chapter.

See you somewhere, on another reformer.

Kisses,
Suzan by @suzanabouk
