Most days I’m an independent super woman who conquers all in the world … other days… I need to borrow money … cause before the kids… I was his one and only broke bestie 😂

Every single year… I annoyingly fixate and ask Hubz for a new tree … this year, I told him I wanted a taller tree 📏🎄… AND it’s 50% off… yes, you heard that right… 50% off 🏷️🤑… what a deal right… and if I’m happy… it’s a win win 😜

Man oh man, it’s almost the weekend… and I can’t wait 😎… happy Friday everyone 😘

Over time, I’ve realized how important it is not only to give love, but to soften enough to receive it, too. ✨🌙

For so long, I thought I simply wasn’t someone who liked hugs. But maybe it wasn’t the hugs… it was that the right kind of love, the safe and genuine love of true friendship, hadn’t reached me yet.

Thank you to these beautiful, magical women for finding me, embracing me, and teaching me what friendship is meant to feel like. You’ve brought healing to parts of my heart I didn’t even know were still waiting to be held🩷

I’m the sensi, unhinged, delusional, and totally codependent mama and you, Patty girl, is totally the unbothered, smart, scowly… RBF sweet sweet girl. We’re the perfect mix of heartbreak love songs and female empowerment rap 😂

Happy 2nd gotcha day my babe… who would’ve thought you would be the cat who would save me 🥹… thank you always @cvacf for not letting us leave the event empty handed … we love this girl so much!!!

Our littlest La got her grill 🦷✨taken off today, originally… they said 24 months, but with not one missed appointment, continual ouchy band wearing, and totally doing everything they told her to… they came off in 16 months!!! The team who helped her along the way are so amazing, and she couldn’t have done it without them!!! Woo hoo little!!!

Been up since 6:37… thinking about last night, spending such a beautiful night celebrating my in-laws 40th wedding anniversary 💚… being around my family who make me feel whole 💞 all our kids are growing up sooo fast 😭… and while looking around at the different generations on the beach… it seemed like all of us parents (yes, and even our parents) are kinda living for the first time too! And, I really really love that for us @nicole.senosiain23 😎

anywho 🥹, spent a good amount of chud time with Patty girl… texted an insane amount and back + forth reels with @ritsukogarcia 🐬 (I heard the 🐬 emoji is better than using the 😂 emoji now 🤷🏽‍♀️)… now it’s caffeine… lexapro … shot … meal prep… laundry… all the things time ⏱️… oh, and the girls indeed wanna go to Starbies for that 🦄… ain’t that some wild shit 😜🤦🏽‍♀️🫪

What’s on the menu… brown suga’ hella ripe banana milk + matching flav cold foam with 6 shots 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 (why doesn’t this emoji have different dress colors? The red is killing me!)

Happy SUUUUUUNDAAAAAY ☀️

Chapter 7 came + went, just like that. This month is always full of so much awe… love… change + growth … my babies became a year older (oh my… we got two teens in the house)… already had their first day of 8th + 10th grade … I got a new job… you know, all the things 🥹

Welp July, till next time 👋🏾

@miehlscate came up to me to talk about being an afterschool Lead instructor in 2023. What started out as a scatterbrained Creative Kids idea and a small rolling cart bloomed into so many Creative kiddos, kickball and dodgeball ruffians… and a Garden Club only my dreams could comprehend. Not only was being a substitute filling my cup… but being an afterschool instructor totally filled my heart.

Younger Suz is so proud of the human I became… the one who felt safe to so many little hearts.

No matter what season in life it is… no matter what era my brain or heart says I’m in…
it typically all started with “hey, what’s up… hello…” and the rest is history 🥹

When everyone takes a deep breath… exhales + says “we needed this…” and it’s just a romantic picnic near the water, during the setting of the sun … 100 different convos that change topics 100 times with wonderful humans you do life with 💕

+ not the millennial ✌🏽📸… dry hump + leg up 😂😂😂😂😂

This is chapter 44 ❤️‍🩹 … see ya’ May …

We try to get out of the group chat… but cheer, softball, tennis, volleyball, baseball, water polo + swim … AND LIFE have total minds of their own! Buuut, we wouldn’t change this busy schedule for the 🌎

Can’t believe these seasons are coming to an end… but with endings… come new seasons.

Also, I think this was just recorded during one weekend … and lots of sports were left out 😵‍💫… and I’m a new sports mom newby…

Seriously can’t wait for what’s coming in seasons to come 💚

My Garden Club 🫜 kiddos were the first to find out last week … and goodness the tears were flowing 😭😭😭

I hope the kiddos know how much they taught me… how much they helped me grow. It was never just a garden or a club 🥹

I’ve gotten rid of plug-ins, air fresheners, certain flowers and plants, candles, and diffusers for quite some time since researching how these fragrance products can hurt our pets…

I went on a total deep dive after losing Petey good boy… a deeper dive after losing my sweet sweet love boy Moose. And even tho I know losing them wasn’t because of the things I listed above… hyperfixation is so real and obviously I want to learn and make better choices for our home and DUH, I still want the house to smell nice… and trust me, after losing PicPic good girl, Mooser, and Zing in such a short period of time… I need to keep Patty and Godzilla with us for as long as I possibly can.

I love this little find and been eyeing them after seeing them online be used for melted chocolate and butter 😂 I also saw on IG how some people used this to not warm up a candle, but toxic free natural items to put a yummy scent in their home!

I used…

• boiling water
• lemon slices
• vanilla extract
• rosemary sprigs

So let’s try shall this + see if this works …
or I’ll just be using it to warm butter for my baguette 🧈🥖😂
