I’ve made it through some things

Still making it through some things

This process has been gut wrenching, challenging and restoring and renewing all at the same uncomfortable pace!

Cleo Wade stepped right into my heart and wrote the words there…
“I can’t think of anything comfortable about the healing process. Our body’s healing is also incredibly emotional. I realize I hold a lot of shame around the change of pace healing requires.

We have to slow down to heal.

Sometimes we have to pause to heal.

When we slow down, we give ourselves more time. More time is more life. More learning. More loving.”

I have been so hard on myself for this unasked for ‘resting period’

And now… maybe I am learning how to return to myself.

So thankful for HIS grace🙏
