When you are worried do you pray? We struggle with the things we don't know and it can leave us feeling anxious, but prayer is an invitation for us to hand our worries over to God and to remember his faithfulness. No matter what circumstances you are in there is something good about God in every season.

Remember his goodness.
He never changes.

blessed is the one who takes refuge in him."

Why do you worry? Jesus had a lot to say about worry because he knows we have a tendency to worry ourselves sick over things we cannot control, but fear not, child! The same God who clothes the lilies and provides for the birds is also taking care of you. We don't have to know what tomorrow brings.

Our God already knows.
He is already there.
Your father knows what you need and you are worth MORE to him than the birds.

“Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? ” (Matthew 6:26, ESV) taken in South Valley Community Church by @svcclemoore

Does the love of Christ propel us to love the least of these? When our community looks at us, will we be known for our love? Salvation is not achieved, it is recieved through our faith in Christ, but love for people is one of the fruits of our salvation. It doesn't make the tree alive, but it reveals that the tree is alive.

Jesus knows the difference between his sheep and the goats. If you belong to the king then you will be known by others for your love. Let your faith produce fruit and don't allow the distractions of this life to keep you from seeing those around you who are in need of the savior's love.

"The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.' " (Matthew 24:40, NIV) taken in South Valley Community Church by @svcclemoore
