Why we choose non-heated over heated?

Heated workouts are not more effective than non-heated ones because heat diverts energy to cooling the body, leading to faster fatigue, higher heart rates without extra physical work, and often lower overall performance or calorie burn from actual movement.

Small List of Key Reasons

• Accelerated Fatigue and Overheating: Heat raises core temperature quickly, impairing sweat evaporation in humid conditions and forcing the body to prioritize cooling over exercise output.
• No Increase in Energy Expenditure: Studies show hot yoga elevates heart rate and perceived effort but matches non-heated yoga in oxygen use and actual work done.
• Reduced Performance Intensity: You can’t sustain high efforts as long in heat (e.g., slower runs at 104°F vs. 60°F), limiting muscle/endurance gains.
• Sweat ≠ Progress: More sweating feels intense but reflects fluid loss, not superior calorie burn or detoxification—genetics and fitness level vary it.

Non-heated workouts enable consistent intensity for better results across most fitness goals.
