Forever Grateful.As official visits come to a close, I’m reminded that every visit is special in its own way. But some moments hit a little differently.This weekend was one of those moments.@___n_a_e___ , thank you for allowing me to play a small role in @mekhigraham4 journey. The young man he has become is a direct reflection of the love, sacrifice, guidance, and dedication you’ve poured into him throughout his life. You didn’t just raise a football player, you raised a young man of character, purpose, and determination.Listening to Mekhi share his why this weekend was powerful. It was one of those moments that makes you stop and reflect. In that moment, I was reminded of my own why. The early mornings, late nights, long drives, phone calls, planning, mentoring, sacrifices, and countless hours invested into these young athletes suddenly felt even more meaningful. Watching both of your faces light up as dreams that were once talked about at kitchen tables and on practice fields continue to become reality. Seeing a young man earn the opportunity to play college football is special. Seeing a family witness that dream come true, is priceless.The journey is far from over. In many ways, it’s just beginning. There will be challenges, victories, lessons, and milestones ahead. But if this weekend was any indication, the future is incredibly bright.Chub, continue to stay humble, stay hungry, and continue to be the young man that got you here. Your story is still being written, and I truly believe the best chapters are still ahead.To the coaches, staff, players, and everyone associated with @terpsfootball, thank you for the incredible hospitality, the genuine relationships, and for making this experience one this family will never forget.Moments like these remind me why @swag7v7 exists.Dreams don’t happen overnight. This week will mark the end of one chapter and the beginning of another for y'all dudes. Some already started!I want and need yall to know that you have left a lasting impact on this program. Feeling incredibly grateful and thankful today.First and foremost, I want to thank the Gregory family (@kristy_greg35 & @matthew_gregory5 ) for the trust they’ve placed in me while he goes through his journey. Being allowed to support, guide, and be a tiny part of such an important process is a blessing that I never take for granted. The relationships we built with families through @swag7v7 mean more to me than any trophy, ranking, or recognition ever could.A special thank you to @uclafootball for the love, hospitality, and support throughout the trip. The experience was truly unbelievable and greatly appreciated. A top-notch program. The professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care shown to the players and their families were second to none.Moments like these remind me why we do our best to support our guys.
