Hi friends, my interview article, with Victor Ogagaoghene Mac-Adonai who have been posted on Honorary Reporter Koreanet Page.The Korean Cultural Centre in Abuja, Nigeria, on Saturday, 28th of March 2026, hosted the finals of its third Annual Hansik contest with the theme “ The Soul of Hansik”. And Victor Ogagaoghene Mac-Adonai was announced the winner of the 2026 Hansik contest in Nigeria, making him the first male winner.

Third chances don’t come very often in life, not unless you’re RESILIENT 🏆

My goal was to finally make Hansik history and win the title for all the boys out there because the women had dominated in that kitchen twice in a row. 😹

Shoutout to Mrs Patience, our very first and official Nigerian Jang Master, who after my loss last year, teasingly shook my hand and said “Oya collect the anointing and go win next year!” Also Shoutout to last year’s winner, Deborah! And a HUGE shout-out to “It’s your girl, KIM JIA @kimjia360 “ who embarked on this K-food journey with me from last year to date. 🇰🇷❤️🇳🇬

To become the best, you have to compete against the best, so shoutout to everyone that cooked with me in the Hansik Kitchen! BIG thanks to @habibaisglobal Head of Culture Education for the impactful training held at the Hansik preparatory cooking classes.
