POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

"Feels like there was a lot stored inside this woman,
And suddenly the explosion happened and its all pouring out."
"I feel the water flowing and the head exploding are all the different types of emotions.
The bird, which i feel is the soul of this woman, wanted to let herself free of these emotions and is now finally flying out of the body and out of these emotions she felt trapped in." - @psychthecolourblack

Although, I had a different interpretation to this while I was making it, I resonated even more with what the muse herself felt when she saw it.

Shot virtually and processed on Photoshop.

Driven by Passion.

Passion and desire go hand in hand. The want of creating, achieving and having is a strong force when in play and that is why, can really lead us astray from our paths. In the garb of, there's no wrong or right, we end up doing a lot that causes harm to our being and others too. Understanding the power of this and then building it from the roots within, allowing it to evolve under guidance and direction can transform lives. Passion/desire is a strong force and often misused. My self work now is to allow it to be nurtured in the right space, through the right ways.

Elementary.
My vision.

Earth : All things 'Real'. Material, keeps us rooted to our purpose(s). The element that grounds and binds us all to the physical realm.

Water : The creator, the flow of energy that's required to make paths through the Earth, to create life and teach flow to us that helps forge our paths.

Fire : The core. The generator of energy. Passionate, intense and determined. The element that connects the physical to the spiritual.

Air : The messenger. The translator of the senses. Sound, light and smell. The carrier of fire and water through clouds and smoke. Light but strong.

Space : The Spirit. The vast and the wise. Encompasses everything within itself. The direct contact to the supreme being. Knows that knowing is but unknown.

Exploring and studying Hip Hop since 2006, Ex-T, meaning ExtraTerrestrial, a name given to him by his father, founded ‘Proximity’, Hyderabad’s first Hip Hop crew.

Almost two decades of battling, winning, judging and teaching across the country.

An artist who believes in evolving the way art demands it. Music shapes his understanding of life, and making music keeps showing him how much he is yet to understand. He studied movement from the greats and remains forever a student of the self.

Forever grateful to his parents, his brother, his crew, his wife, and to Bunny, Storm, Thesis, Gonza, Caleaf, Shotyme and Link for their teachings.

Dancer. Musician. Designer. Writer. Dreamer.

A few among his many titles:

IBC House 1v1, Champion
Freeze 1v1 House, Champion
Meltdown Hip Hop, Champion
High on Hip Hop, Hip Hop & RYS Runner-Up
Crafts of Passion Jam by CKN, Breaking 2v2 Winner & Breaking 1v1 Runner-Up

And a father.

Grateful for my husband, my partner in good and bad to be literally behind the camera for me in this shoot and in life through it all. @swapnilextkumar

This post has been sitting in my head for the longest time. But today I finally feel I can talk about this.
I guess because a phoenix is not someone that rises once out of ashes but someone who chooses to do it over and over again.

Fam. It’s done. It was a long journey but it’s out now for the peeps. To everyone who made this happen. You guys are my love army.
Today, lite lelo doesn’t just release as a music video. It’s a movement, my delusional ideal world where love will win one day. And it will. Peace.
