This isn’t about judging parents.

It’s about protecting children.

Childhood obesity isn’t just about weight. It increases the risk of serious health problems, including type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, fatty liver disease, high blood pressure, and heart disease later in life.

Healthy habits don’t magically appear at 18.
They’re built at 3, 5, and 7 years old.

As parents, we can’t control everything.
But we can control what we normalize at home.

Our job isn’t to let kids eat everything they want.
Our job is to teach them how to enjoy food while taking care of their health.

That’s one of the greatest gifts we’ll ever give them.

The difference wasn’t age—it was years of learning and unlearning, questioning fitness myths, and consistently applying what actually worked for my body.

One habit that never changed? Prioritizing my protein. That’s why @rippedupnutrition has become a part of my daily routine to help me meet my protein goals.

Your best version isn’t behind you. It’s built one habit at a time.

If you’re looking for a protein I genuinely use, the link is in my bio. Use my code SWATI83 for a discount.

Or simply comment “PROTEIN” and I’ll DM you the link.

Stop telling moms one or the other reason why they shouldn’t workout during pregnancy and when kids are small. Studies have proved that in both cases - during pregnancy and when the child is small working out has so many benefits.

It helps mothers physically, mentally, and emotionally by improving strength, recovery, energy levels, mood, and overall health.

And for children, it creates an environment where healthy habits, discipline, and self-care become a normal part of life from an early age. by @swatifitstyle

Being a working mom is NOT easy. And trust me, even I once thought about quitting.

But here’s what I realised: once you start working on yourself, your confidence, your fitness and your personal growth, it changes everything. The way you think, the way you see yourself and the way you approach life.

You might wonder, “How can I manage work, my child, household responsibilities and still find time for fitness? I barely have time for myself!”

I understand. I’ve been there.

But trust me, once you start making yourself a priority, you slowly figure things out. You start creating time, finding solutions and making things happen.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. Just start somewhere. ❤️

And if you’re struggling to balance motherhood, your career and your own identity, tell me in the comments. I’d genuinely love to hear your story.

Let’s figure this out together. ❤️

Real talk, girls who are in your 30s and 40s, the women around you shape your life more than you think. 🤍

When we became mothers, somewhere along the way we were told to put ourselves last.
Skip the workout, the kids need you.
Forget the career, the family comes first.
Taking an hour for yourself? How selfish. 🙄

And sometimes those voices don’t come from strangers. They come from our own circle, at kitty parties, family functions, even in our group chats.

But here’s what I’ve learned: you can be a loving mom AND a woman with dreams. You can raise your kids AND raise your own standards. ✨

I’m so lucky to have women in my life who:
💪 drag me to the gym instead of the buffet
📈 talk about goals, not gossip
🧘‍♀️ remind me that “me time” makes me a better mom, not a worse one
🤝 believe responsibilities at home should be SHARED, not dumped on mothers

They don’t make me feel guilty for growing. They grow WITH me. ❤️

If your circle makes you feel small, tired or guilty for wanting more, it’s okay to outgrow it. Choose women who celebrate your workouts, your ambitions and your rest. Your kids are watching, and they’ll learn what a strong woman looks like from YOU. 🌱

Moms, who’s that one friend who always pushes you to be better? Tag her below and tell her she’s your GROW girl 👇💕

A woman leaving a marriage isn’t necessarily a woman who gave up. Sometimes, she’s a woman who finally stopped giving up on herself.

We need to stop glorifying women’s suffering in the name of adjustment.

Marriage requires two people to compromise, respect and make an effort. It cannot survive on one person’s sacrifices alone.

And motherhood should never mean losing your identity, happiness or self-worth.

Let’s raise children who understand that relationships are built on mutual respect, not endless sacrifice.

Do you think women are still expected to adjust more than men in marriages?

You didn’t lose your ambition after becoming a mom. You lost your support system. ❤️

Everyone tells moms to “prioritise yourself.” But nobody tells you HOW.

Even when you’re surrounded by people, you can still feel like you have nobody who truly supports you in prioritising your own needs, your career, your fitness or your dreams.

I learned it the hard way. I had to become my own support system, challenge patriarchy, and learn to prioritise myself without guilt.

Because being a good mom shouldn’t mean giving up on yourself.

I want every mom to know that she deserves to pursue her dreams, take care of her health and build an identity beyond motherhood. ❤️

40. Single Mom. Corporate Leader. Athlete. And a woman who refuses to make herself smaller to fit into society’s expectations. ❤️‍🔥

Thank God I didn’t listen to patriarchy. Thank God I questioned the rules. Thank God I chose to build a life where motherhood is a part of my identity, not the end of it.

I can raise my child, lead teams, build muscles, chase dreams, and still be unapologetically ME.

I don’t need permission to be ambitious.
I don’t need approval to prioritize myself.
And I certainly don’t need to fit into anyone’s definition of a “good woman.”

Here’s to being 40, confident, independent, and limitless. 🔥

Ladies, don’t just raise your children. Raise yourself, too. ❤️

Tried this protein falafel from @proteinpantry.in because I kept seeing their ads everywhere 😂❤️

This is 100% non-sponsored — I was genuinely curious to try it! Before ordering, I specifically checked the ingredients, and nothing seemed fishy to me. So far, everything looks good!

Here’s the nutritional breakdown per serving/package 👇🏻

💪 Protein: 26 g
🔥 Calories: 260 kcal
🍚 Carbs: 27 g

My father raised a daughter who can say “NO” without guilt. ❤️ Now, I’m raising a son who can hear “NO” without ego.

Because raising respectful boys starts with what we teach at home—and empowering our children starts with how we live our own lives.

Mama, don’t just teach your children to respect boundaries. Show them how you set yours. Chase your dreams, protect your peace, and never feel guilty for choosing yourself.

The most powerful lesson our children learn is the life they watch us live. 💪🏻❤️

What’s one value you want your children to learn by watching you?

POV: You found your 10/10 date. 💅❤️

You talk business, not gossip.
You discuss careers, not just recipes.
You share dreams, build visions, and celebrate each other’s growth.

Because a woman who knows her worth, has dreams of her own, and has women who cheer her on doesn’t need a man to feel complete. 👑

We’re not looking for our other half. We’re building whole lives. Together. 🔥❤️‍🔥 by @swatifitstyle
