Happy Saturday! Here's another race picture showcasing my phenomenal physique. Look, I toot my own horn. Damn right I do. Everyone's goal is to express themselves freely and I am no different. This "version" of me is still brand new, compared to my 20s and my childhood. I was a BIG boy; who had goals of playing video games and dating women for the rest of my life. Got into my 30s and realized what a waste of time those goals were. I've worked extensively to build the ultimate temple. One that exudes inspiration and motivation for the next young man who may be wondering how he should direct his energy. I, myself, wondered for far too long. Subsequently, I wandered for far too long. Are sexy race pictures fulfilling? Thats the ultimate question I guess lol. My family enjoys all my posts, especially the ones that make me a distinguished human being. This is for them. They made me. They turned me into the strongest temple anyone has ever seen in the whole universe. Remember, I and we are entitled to our opinions πŸ˜„. There's no point to this post, its just another addition to this e-diary that we will all look back and smile at when we celebrate my 80th birthday in 2070. Long time away aint it? by @sweatcheck.world
The thing lights up yaw!! πŸ†πŸ€© Them trails were a waterpark! We played marco polo for 10 miles 🀣. I came w my parents and Mercedes πŸ• so I won before it even started. Race directors Andre and Ludy are such wonderful folks πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™ @disciplined1 raced too. I can always depend on his powerful arsenal: we had lime water, beet juice, @wukiyo.inc @kalonasupernatural_milk_dairy @redmondrealsalt @bekenetik . We did facial maneuvers together. Sounds funny sure, but this ain't a game in which we play. This is research. This is repetitions. This is sharpening of the swords. Strengthening of thy temple. This is what I preach to my clients. This is how my roommates and I live LITERALLY 24/7. This is what I tell my parents (siblings, aunts, uncles). This is how I live my life. I dont train. I live and love. Both really hard. If I'm lyin I'm flyin πŸ•ŠπŸͺ¦. When you can't move the needle, you call us. We are professional needle-movers. And if that statement needs a disclaimer, you've got bigger issues. When its dark out, you see my lighthouse working. It doesn't stop. The light won't go out. This energy is FOR. EVER. #sweatcheck will never stop. Will you? Did you sweat today? Its too easy yaw. #stopplayin #letsgoletsgetit #youalreadyknow by @sweatcheck.world
Happy Valentines Day to me! I won the @spartan Phoenix 10k Tough, fun stuff. Good ol ob-stackle racing 🀠. Shared some πŸ’¦βœ…οΈvibes w @jkitfit @commonmanocr and the Marine microphone maestro @davinci3533 Can't even see the @lionheartsfitness decor but wait til pics come out 🧑🦁. Be the example. Be the light for others to use. #sweatcheck #letsgoletsgetit #stopplayin #youalreadyknow by @sweatcheck.world
Happy Tuesday. Historic flooding here in Durango really shook things up over the last couple days. Our cr204 is open but the trailer park is still closed due to potential danger from gas and power lines shifting around and beneath trailers. Went by yesterday afternoon to grab a few things and the la plata sheriff looked at my id 3 different times - which honestly, quite upset me bc im already displaced from home and wearing the same clothes for 2 days. Not a big deal I guess, hes just doing his job but like, he was on his phone when i asked for help. Took a few minutes to get his attention initially. Strange cop. Felt like I inconvenienced him and his phone conversation. We're in the middle of a catastrophe, I need help, and he's just chillinnn acting like I dont belong there. The address is clear as day on my id and the trailer is clearly labeled and it was literally 50 feet away from us. Dude was blind or nervous or scared or idk. I dont complain about much. Life be lifing. My dad's a retired cop. This sheriff ought to get his act together. I was kind and respectful. Approached him from a distance in his view. No reason for all this delay and questioning. But yea, twice i showed my id. Then he finally let me in. Then afterwards, walking back to the car w my bags, he asks for it again. If we cannot go in, then say that. You think im looting? Say that. Idk. Just don't be weird about me in survival mode please sheriff, thats all im sayin. But there was nothing indicating that we couldnt go into our home to grab things. Dont they want us to have our things? Weird interaction, not gon lie. Not a fan of that guy. So anyways. Big job interview today. Im excited for that. Still gathering my bearings from Saturday's 1 million miles of bushwacking. Heres a sweet video from that run. 35 miles, not 1 million. I mean obv right lol. Still training. Still #sweatcheck . still snoop dogg and the d r e ! ..Whose getting that last line? by @sweatcheck.world
#tfw you've ran for 2 sunrises to finish your first 100 miler. It's also my next one and I'm excited to plan it out this time. I want everyone there - parents bro sis etc etc. Unique branded @sanjuansoftie #sweatcheck shirts. Crew and pacers this time around. Because to be honest w you, I'd wanna pace me. It'll be super fun. You know what they say, people make the best decision on the ultra course..or golf, same same. Ice cold @skabrewing to really capture the moment. Maybe I can put their logo on the πŸ’¦βœ…οΈπŸ‘•'s!! And sell em!! Or not lol it's whatever honestly. I'm gonna need @disciplined1 to be working on this as he finds out about this right now. Ha. Soo what else? Anyone else excited about some event thats not any time soon? Yea, thats the shirt I lost from the previous post. @durangorunningcompany is closing for good in 2 weeks, hope they have another medium! by @sweatcheck.world
Thank you @sweatcheck.world for telling me about the Kalona products. Went out and brought some. I love them. They do not destroy my stomach by @sweatcheck.world
Lots to unpack on this 35 mile + 8000' elevation adventure. What noone knows, is my secret aid station at city market where I drank almost a half gallon chocolate milk and topped off the flask w coconut water and got dropped back off on route at 29th lol. Doesn't matter how much mud and spinning in circles in nomans-trail-land, I'll be fiiine just fine! I did alot of standing still out there. Kinda felt like a treasure hunt. The trail itself being the treasure even with the route on my watch. Long story short, it got dicey at the end. Dark, cold, no resources besides my watch and headlamp. Hitched a ride to town on a random county road. Maybe im an idiot and maybe im banned from future things 🀣😌 and I couldn't be more stoked for that!! Do me the favor πŸ™ lol. Regardless, I never panicked or doubted myself. I had tons of fun. Much love to the gang! Kyle Chad Levi Kevin Koby McKenzie Bryce Van TONY Eric. Stranger Josh that dropped me off in 3 springs homeslice. The bartender Abby for charging my phone. @lyssakturner for picking me up there. Worst part is that i lost my @durangorunningcompany shirt out there. I went too far walking thru bushes and trees before I realized it was yanked off my belt. If i was wearing it that wouldnt have happened! Ha. But I bought that shirt specifically for my first 100miler @sanjuansoftie back in August. Sad to lose it. So anyways. 90 miles this week. 80 last week. 60 before that. This train has no train station, we keeps it movin baby. Im locked n loaded 24/7. I dont slow down. I dont back off. I dont get hurt. I live to compete. I live to move. I #sweatcheck to inspire the world and express my gratitude for movement. Deadman Peaks 55k next weekend. Spartan Race Phoenix in 3 weeks. #missionaccomplished #stopplayinletsgoletsgetit #youalreadyknow by @sweatcheck.world
This will lose most of yaw but THIS YOUNG LADY DOES NOT DESERVE ALL THIS BULLYING. Not like my opinion matters anyways but im all for protecting ALL HUMANS from torment. First off, I don't hyrox as I prefer my exercise and competition to be in nature. But, this is BULLYING!! Why are we ok with this? Why are GROWN ADULTS calling her all these names? Shes what, 22 years old? What were yaw doing at 22? Acting holier than thou while chugging beers upside down.. @joannawietrzyk is a champ. Initially she bragged about the accident and got OBLITERATED by everyone. Then she apologizes, and still got OBLITERATED by everyone. Not one single person has offered her a CORRECT SOLUTION. NOT ONE PERSON. Not a single, qualified adult ANYWHERE helped her afterwards, it was instand backlash and hate out the gate!! Doesn't matter what she does, doesnt matter how sorry she is, doesnt matter of the traumatic incident that she has to live with forever - yaw still hate her and are quite vocal about it. You adults are pitiful and setting a bad example for younger athletes. Its not up to HER to cancel her race. Thats on the race directors. Yea it sucks for everyone else behind her. Yea she ruined the race for probably hundreds of people. Yes, 2 things can be true: it sucked for her just as much as it sucked for everyone else. Shes only getting the backlash BECAUSE SHE WON. Alllll the blame should go to the RD for not disqualifying her on the spot. Does that mean we tarnish a whole company? No. But here everyone is tarnishing, belittling, BULLYING a brilliant young lady for doing her absolute best to win. Look at these comments!! Insanity. This is outrageous. First dude simply said "No". Like "No" what bro? Use your words.. or "a genuine apology would have came 2 months ago not right before her comeback" shoulda coulda woulda shut up, who are you to judge what is and isnt a genuine apology? .. "Did everyone stay back because of a fear of (poop)?" No, its because they're a less fitter athlete than her .. "poopie pants mcgee" "pls dont encourage her" "wrong, she's number two 🚽" .. WHAT HAPPENED TO MENTAL HEALTH? WHAT HAPPENED TO BULLYING IS BAD? ... I finally did it @wildboystrobe by @sweatcheck.world
Looking for the joker @thekingofthecarbs by @sweatcheck.world
Why does ig take 15 mins to tag people!!! Not tagging anyone bc i literally dont have time rn. ig recommends people i NEVER TAG but the people I want to tag are not popping up. But I can make this post no problem. Agitating no doubt lol by @sweatcheck.world
Its a #SweatCheck Got 60 miles for the month. Even got faster. But this is the baseline and the foundation for me to start building for more steady speed, more endurance, to go longer. And go farther. #StrongerBetterFaster #StopPlayinLetsGoLetsGetIt #TrustTheProcess #LiftRunRepeat by @sweatcheck.world
