MEET THE ARTIST

I am 80HD, a multidisciplinary artist and designer based in West Virginia. My work exists between beauty and the unconventional, transforming fragmented thoughts, emotion, and imagination into visual experiences. Influenced by the way my mind naturally processes the world, each piece explores tension, symbolism, and controlled chaos through layered textures, bold color, and mixed media.
Rather than offering easy answers, my work invites viewers to pause, question, and sit with a sense of curiosity and discomfort. I strive to create imagery that feels both familiar and surreal—an experience that challenges perception while revealing beauty in imperfection. Every painting is an invitation to see the world through my perspective, where emotion takes precedence over explanation and every layer carries a story waiting to be discovered.

MEET THE ARTIST

Bran Cherie (b. 1992) is a mixed-media artist whose work explores connection, identity, memory, and the emotional experiences that shape our lives. Drawing from her service in the United States Air Force and years living across South Korea, Italy, Hawaii, and the continental United States, she creates narrative-driven works that blend symbolism, portraiture, and mixed media. Cherie is the founder of Mereri Art Collective, where she combines fine art with community engagement through exhibitions, workshops, and creative programming. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and is currently studying Visual Arts at Northern Virginia Community College while preparing for Master of Fine Arts programs.

Brian Bailey Jr. is a Washington, D.C.-based artist, educator, and curator whose work uses art as a powerful form of communication. Through public art, youth programming, and storytelling, he creates spaces for honest dialogue, self-expression, and community connection. His practice bridges creativity and impact, helping people share their stories and be seen, heard, and understood.
