30 IN 30. IT STARTS NOVEMBER 1. 🔥

Here’s what I know after 20 years of instructing fitness classes.

🔥The greatest transformation doesn’t come from the number of classes you take. It comes from the person you become when you consistently show up for yourself.

It’s the confidence you earn through hard work. The strength you discover when you push past what’s comfortable. The pride that comes from knowing you made a commitment to yourself and followed through.

🎤 I say this in almost every class I teach. When you show up and work hard, you build true confidence. That kind of confidence can’t be bought, borrowed, or given. It has to be EARNED.

And that’s the real reward.

Our 30 IN 30 Challenge isn’t about perfection or checking boxes. It’s about building momentum, finding your strength, embracing recovery, and proving to yourself just how capable you really are.

So wherever you are in your fitness journey, I hope you’ll join us.Come for the challenge. Stay for the person you become.

🏆
LET’S GET TO WORK. And just because we are proud of you, we do give you a prize in addition to what you’ve earned for yourself. Everyone who completes the challenge will get a $50 account credit to purchase products or services at the studio as well as 1 infralux sauna session.
Let’s do this! by @sweatlab

Some things we're leaving in October... The all-or-nothing mindset. Feeling guilty for slowing down. Thinking every workout has to leave you exhausted. And constantly putting ourselves at the bottom of the priority list. 🫶🏼

This November, we're doing things differently.

30IN30: THE RESET is about finding a better balance between pushing yourself and giving your body what it needs. More intentional movement. More recovery. More showing up for yourself, even when that looks a little different from day to day.
Because consistency doesn't have to mean going all out, all the time. ❤️‍🔥

Who's ready to leave a few things behind and head into November feeling stronger, refreshed, and RESET? 🤍

Help us wish Mackenzie a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🎉🤍

Mackenzie, we love the energy, encouragement, and heart you bring to every class! You have a way of pushing everyone to work a little harder while making the entire room feel supported and motivated.

We're so lucky to have you as part of our Sweat Lab family, and we hope today you feel just as celebrated as you make everyone else feel!

We love you, Mackenzie! Here's to another amazing year! 🥳 by @sweatlab

THE DIVINE FEMININE HAS MUSCLE. 🔥💋

She is graceful. She is powerful. She is magnetic. And she is not afraid to do hard things.

There’s something extraordinary that happens when a woman pushes beyond what she thought she was capable of.

And there’s science behind that feeling.

When we exercise, our muscles release powerful molecules called myokines, often nicknamed “hope molecules” for their potential to support mood, brain health, and resilience.

But the real magic? It’s what happens when science meets discipline.

Every challenging rep. Every moment you choose not to quit. Every promise you keep to yourself.

Confidence isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you earn.

At Sweat Lab, we believe feminine energy is both strength and softness. Grace and grit. The confidence to own your power without needing anyone else’s permission.

We don’t just build stronger bodies. We build women who believe in themselves.

DIVINE ENERGY. EARNED CONFIDENCE.

Strong from the inside out. 🖤 by @sweatlab

Meet our October Client of the Month, Madison Kistner! 🤍

Pregnant with her fourth, Madison is one strong mama and we’re so proud of her and the example she’s setting for her children. Through showing up for herself, she’s showing them that movement isn’t a punishment and strength is something to celebrate.
