Who’s planning to KEEP GOING and finish 2024 strong? by @sweatocstudio

Appreciation Post:
I wanted to come on and personally say thank you.

Thank you to those local, loyal, new, and returning incredible members and STAFF of Sweat.oc Studio.

You have given Sweat.oc a chance to not only survive but thrive in our rebranding stage.

Every sweat drop, every personal best, every laugh, every squat, shared in our space reminds me why we started this journey.

You are all staying committed to the process while I, @susietramontana, are working full time as a teacher, new gym owner and instructor, and local mother of two.

Again, THANK YOU for being part of our gym family—together, we’re building something special.

Get ready to catch me, daily on the schedule with new times and classes starting Jan 2025💪🏾

We noticed there are a lot of new faces and followers around here (which we are SO happy about), so we figured we would re-introduce ourselves a little bit.

Sweat.oc Studio is a local husband/wife-owned fitness studio right here in Ocean City, NJ. We also have an amazing team of instructors/trainers who truly love what they do and it shows every time they lead a group through a workout.

Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels of fitness, whether you’re just starting or a seasoned fitness pro, and we know there’s ALWAYS room to grow no matter where you are in your journey!

We couldn’t be more grateful for the community that has been showing up for us during our first few months OR more excited about where we’re going. If you’re in search of that place you can call “my gym”, try out one of our classes. We would love to be that for you! by @sweatocstudio

A lot of you have been asking exactly what our Bootcamp is like…

Sweat.oc’s Bootcamp is a 60 minute class: where strength is built, limits are challenged, and fitness goals become reality.

It’s a full body, strength training, heavy lifting, community building exercise class for all levels and all ages.

Join us Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am for our weekly Bootcamp sweat sessions. #sweat #ocnj #sweatocstudio by @sweatocstudio

What are the “golden weeks” of summer?! They’re that time between the end of July and early September where the beach days are long because you’re soaking them in, the orange sunsets are showing off, and the island slowly starts to quiet down just a little.

But we don’t slow down. So finish the summer strong with us and grab your “Golden Weeks” 6 week unlimited package (only $165, on MindBody now) to get you through Labor Day, book out your classes, add them to your calendar, and we will see you in the gym or outside 🌞 by @sweatocstudio

We stay humble. We stay focused. We work, we sweat, we repeat. 💦#sweatocstudio #sweatlooksgoodonyou #sweatoc #ocnj by @sweatocstudio
