Brought some new pottery babies home. by @sweepingcolorsart
Holding a finished piece is always a little bit like time travel. The process of making, drying, refining, firing, glazing and firing a second time takes weeks. By the time they’re done, the pieces are little time capsules of the skill and mood I had when I made them. by @sweepingcolorsart
And then there were many 🌿 some lovely cappuccino cups I made recently. #pottery #berlinpotters by @sweepingcolorsart
Drinking coffee out of a handmade cup ☕️ Here’s the little journey: 2. after a first firing, the clay is ready to glaze 3. preparing for glazing 4. glazed and ready for the final round in the kiln 5. all done! 6. bliss #berlinpottery #berlinpotters #töpfern #handmade by @sweepingcolorsart

Some recent work in progress. I’ve been a bit quiet here and that’s because I’ve struggled to make this a professional looking branded art profile. So I decided I’m not going to do that anymore. Instead I’ll go back to the roots and share with you what I like & what inspires me. I hope that will bring some of the fun back here and I hope you’ll enjoy it too! 💙 #inmystudio #womenwhopaint #artlovers #colorfulabstractart #imtheartist #acrylicabstract #acrylicart #Kunstausberlin #abstraktemalerei #kunstliebe #künstlerin #abstractart #maketimeforart #abstraktekunst #mitkunstleben #farbverliebt #berlinerkünstler #berlinerkünstlerin #progressoverperfection #doitfortheprocess #grünliebe by @sweepingcolorsart

Familien sind nicht immer einfach und selbst unter besten Voraussetzungen können Tage wie heute stressig sein. Seid gut zu euch, klopft euch auf die Schulter - wie immer ihr feiert, ich hoffe es ist genau das richtige für euch.
