Apricity means “the warmth of the sun in winter”, which is what happened in the living room of my best friend, on a Saturday in December of 2014. She had been managing 6 autoimmune diseases with diet and hadn’t had a treat in 4 years. I accidentally created a caramel that she could eat without giving her a 3-day migraine. She screamed in delight. Then she might have done some sobbing (she’s fuzzy on that bit. I’m not). Regardless, Sweet Apricity was born in that moment.
While my story with this company is drawing to a close, her story is not, and there is so much hope and inspiration to be gleaned. Here’s an introduction. You can support her on Patreon (link in Sweet Apricity’s bio) or marvel at her on Instagram.
@Wend_Rend is the reason you’ve had caramels, marshmallows, and lily puffs for the past decade. If you’d like to harass her with gratitude, GO HARD.

7 days until Sweet Apricity closes FOREVER! 🥹 Here are some tips to extend shelf life so you can stock up on your favorites. by @sweet.apricity

DID YOU KNOW...?
If you store our Sea Salted Caramel Sauce in your refrigerator, you can extend the shelf life by 6 years.

Our Sea Salted Caramel Sauce will separate when refrigerated, but there’s an easy fix. Microwave the pouch for 10 seconds (or soak it in warm water for a few minutes), then shake and massage it with your hands. Devour with joy! by @sweet.apricity

Stock up before they’re gone forever!

All good things must come to an end and it is Sweet Apricity’s time. Over the next month, we’ll be selling off inventory and honoring the people who have championed us for over a decade.
We hope you will engage in our stories and our gratitude as we usher in Sweet Apricity’s final chapter.

Warmly,

We highly recommend making a S’mores Cookie Sandwich! Take two of our new s’mores cookies and place some chocolate and marshmallows between them. 🔥

Heat them up quickly in the microwave and dig in!

We love @sweet.apricity marshmallows and @hukitchen dark chocolate! by @sweet.apricity

We did a cute thing.
Melted some organic chocolate chips, and set into Eastery silicone molds with #dairyfree caramel sauce in between. This way you get to control exactly what’s in your treat and use ingredients you feel good about. Today we chose @sweet.apricity caramel sauce and sprinkled with some flaked sea salt. So much fun!
See my stories for how we made them. ✨🐣
