Y'all... these @softstarshoes have me breaking out of my comfort zone in a way I never thought I would. I have been watching @wildernested run around in these shoes for months, and never thought I could have a pair of my own because they had this color available and sold out before I had ever heard of the company. By the grace of God, they restocked this color, and you bet I ordered so fast, my order was probably the first of this batch 😂.

My @notperfectlinen spring order came in, and I am loving this Honey color! I ordered a few more pieces, but this skirt is the dream 😍.

Ever since seeing @softautumn.heather create this combo with the Madrid top and Eureka skirt, I knew I needed those items in my closet. Thanks for the inspiration, Heather!

It's so rare that I wear skirts, but I am adding a few to my wardrobe after getting this secondhand @notperfectlinen OIA skirt in Emerald Green. This entire outfit is secondhand except the jacket... which I've had for nearly 15 years.

As someone who wears 99% natural fibers, I have found it difficult to really curate my "style" over the years. Sometimes those synthetics are so beautiful! Alas, I cannot handle how they feel on my skin, nor can I get past the toxins they contain. Finding @notperfectlinen has truly been a blessing. Their clothing is beautiful, customizable, and safe for my body and the planet.

Others brands I have in my closet that offer organic cotton or natural fiber options are @shopdoen, @sezane, @indigoluna.store, and @christydawn. I buy secondhand mostly and treat myself to new items occasionally. Unfortunately building a natural fiber closet is not cheap, but it is so worth it! Adding a few pieces here and there is the key. It is not a fast process.

Merry Christmas Eve 🎄☦️☀️

Divine Liturgy was beautiful this evening. 6 weeks ago, I attended my first service at the local Greek Orthodox church. After many years spent wandering and searching, I have been called home. Glory to be to The Most High! 🙏 Christ is born and the Son is risen.

May your Christmas be merry, bright, and blessed.

It's finally getting chilly here on the Gulf Coast! Gingham is one of my favorite prints years round, and this sand gingham is just perfect. I struggle to keep my feet warm, but I think I have found the perfect socks! These are over-the-knee wool blend socks that are cozy, comfy, and so warm.

Spending these past few days with family has been heart-warming and precious. For the past 5 years, we have lived with my mother-in-law who is the center of the family. Her home is the gathering place. As much as I am loving having my own space, I have been soaking up the extra time at her home during this holiday season.

Today is moving day for us! Keeping it light and easy to move in... yes, I do labor in dresses 🤗 I honestly can't say the last time I wore pants that weren't PJs. Once you experience the freedom of movement dresses provide, it's really hard to go back to tight waistbands and restrictive clothing. I'll wear the occasional skirt, but it's not the "norm" for me.

You never know what the weather is going to be like here in coastal Alabama. After 2 or 3 days of 40-50 degree weather, here we are back in the 70s. So, keeping it simple today with just a dress and sandals.

This is the most perfect blue for me in a heavyweight, herringbone weave! This dress is so soft and warm for the cooler months.

I love to layer colors that don't "match" and incorporate various textures into my daily outfits.

After so many years on social media, I think I have finally decided what I want to share, and it is LINEN! I live in linen... my clothes, my sheets, my soon to be sofa cover, throw blankets, and more. I truly believe natural fabrics are beneficial to our health. 5 years ago I decided to clear out my closet of all synthetics, and focus on investing in beautiful, sustainable, durable pieces that would be in my wardrobe for many years to come. I will use this space to document what a natural fabrics wardrobe can look like. I hope to inspire you.
