There are some people you meet & just know the universe sent them to you for a reason. That was Gina Della for me. From the moment we met there was an immediate connection. The kind that comes from realizing very quickly that you think similarly, lead similarly, and share the same energy around people, business and growth. Every time we crossed paths after that, the feeling got stronger. We said more than once that someday, somehow, we were going to work together. && now that day has come. Gina Della has officially joined Sweet Tox as our Chief Operating Officer. ๐Ÿ’— Gina brings decades of executive leadership, a track record of transforming businesses, and real depth in sales, marketing, operations, culture and brand strategy. And most importantly, she leads in a way & holds values that line up with everything we are building here at Sweet Tox. Her career speaks for itself. She became the top General Manager across the Pella system and made company history as the first GM to earn Pella's Growth, President's Club and Director's Awards in the same year. She went on to serve as VP of Sales and Marketing, then VP of Marketing, helping lead strategy for an organization doing roughly $115 million in annual sales. She has also been a Mogul on seasons 9 and 10 of Project Pitch It, was named a 2026 Milwaukee Business Journal Women of Influence honoree, and has spent years mentoring, leading, and helping people and organizations be better. But what excites me most isn't what Gina has already done. It's what I know we can build together. There is an alignment between us that's hard to explain. Shared instincts. Shared standards. Shared energy. And a shared belief that great businesses are built by taking incredible care of your people and of the experience they have with your brand. Sweet Tox has already grown so much, and I truly believe we are just getting started. Having Gina beside me as COO feels less like bringing someone new to Sweet Tox and more like finally putting a partnership in place that was always meant to happen. Welcome to Sweet Tox, Gina.
