✨️Meet the Maker✨️
.
It's a new year, and it's about time for a new 'meet the maker' post. If you've been here a while, I'm so glad you've stayed. If you're new here, welcome! 🫶
Hi! I'm Jennifer, and I'm the face & hands behind Sweet Chipmunk Ceramics. I started playing with clay in February 2022 and fell madly in love with the mud.
.
So here are a few new fun facts about me 🤗
.
♍️ I am 40 years old and a Virgo.
.
🎵 I almost went to school for Piano music performance.
.
🧑‍🦲 My biggest insecurity is my bald head, and yet it's my greatest strength.
.
👂I'm an earring junkie.
.
🩵 I became a SAHM 4 and a half years ago and have no regrets.
.
I love being a part of the pottery/ceramics community and, most recently, the vendor market community. Everyone has been truly wonderful!
.
Feel free to drop your favorite song, your biggest regret, and/or any random fact about yourself! 🤗

...or else. 😝
.
JK! But in all seriousness, as we head into the holiday season, please remember us small business folk who love to make beautiful, gorgeous and sometimes delightfully quirky art.
Be unique with your gift giving whether it is a gift for yourself or your loved ones.
Big box stores don't dance when you buy from them. They probably dont even have rhythm or can keep a beat.
But when you buy from your favorite local artists and small businesses, they will dance to the moon and back 🤗💖

Just admit it already 😉
.
I hear this all the time at in-person markets. It may be in the top 3 things I hear, if not number 1.
Let's start replacing our big box store drinkware with unique, handmade functional art. 🤗
