🌸💕Thrifted Before & After💕🌸 Springtime is almost here, which means lots and lots of adorable birdies! 💕🪺🐦💕 A couple of my favorite birds are Steller’s Jays and chickadees. How about you, what are some of your favorite birds?🩷🐦🪺🦅🪽🩷
Some chalk paint and decoupaged flowers turned this thrift find into the sweetest little shabby chic birdhouse💕🐦💕

Digital piano makeover🎶💕 (swipe to see the “before” :) All of the credit for this shabby chic makeover goes to my awesome dad, who painted and distressed it for me a couple of years ago💕 I still absolutely love it and it goes with my decor so much better than it did when it was black. We added a couple of little cabinets underneath the piano on either side, which I think really helped to make it look more like a traditional acoustic piano~~Also, the gallery wall is definitely still a work in progress, but this is what it’s looking like right now 😊🩷🎶

I recently found this beautiful vintage teapot at the thrift store😍The shape, the soft colors, and the crazing on it are just gorgeous!🫖And the little vintage lady is super cute with her lacy dress and floral parasol. She was such a fun find (for only one dollar! :) 🩷🌸🎀🌸🩷 Hope you all are having a beautiful day!

I realized that I’ve never shown you all my favorite piece of art~~this beautiful portrait of a ballerina that my husband drew for me many years ago🥰 She is one of my most treasured possessions, and I still completely adore her all of these years later!🩷🩷🩷

🌸Before & After~Thrifted Makeover🌸This napkin really didn’t want to cooperate with me today, and my decoupage project ended up with bubbles and imperfections. That’s okay though, I think I’ll just embrace the “shabby” part of shabby chic in this little makeover😉 After all, that’s a real benefit of loving the shabby chic style. Nothing ever has to be perfect, because “shabby” is right there in the name!😁🩷🤣

Hope you’ve all been having a wonderful September so far! Here are a few beautiful finds from this past month. I’m completely in love with the gorgeous floral embroidery. It’s so bright and cheerful, and it makes me happy every time I look at it😍 And the tiny flower basket is so dainty and adorable! It’s bone china and was made in England. Such an amazing little Goodwill find! 🩷🌸🎀🌷🩷

🎀Thrifts & Gifts🎀 I’ve been loving these gorgeous vintage lace lady figurines that my daughter gifted me. They’re so dainty and adorable! 🥰 We were laughing, though, when we zoomed in on the photo of the lips of the lady in pink. She may want to reapply that lipstick!💄 🤣
Also, here are a couple of clips of some recent thrifts. I love how beautiful the vintage floral postcard looks in the thrifted frame🌸🩷🌸

🩷🤍A very special little rose🤍🩷 My daughter found this mini rose bush at our neighborhood grocery store today, and we were so excited to notice that it had a half pink & half white rose blooming on it. 🩷🤍I’m not an expert by any means, but I think that it may be a chimera rose, with it’s different colored petals caused by a spontaneous genetic mutation (please correct me if I’m wrong though!) 🌸 I love the beautiful shades of pink with the white…it’s absolute perfection!🤍🩷🤍🩷
