somewhere lost out there 🌍
a little bit of everywhere, a lot of good food, and apparently no plans to stay put.

Sorry I’ve been gone. I’m still a little lost…

Happy birthday my beautiful soul doggie. I miss you every day, Piccolo.

#adventureswithablackdog by @sweetnattydee

On the one-year anniversary of the passing of my soul dog, Piccolo, I’m feeling both sad and grateful to share some happy news.
Meet the newest member of the Pickle Pack: Rez Tyler. She’s a two-year-old mini schnauzer with the sweetest heart. Rez loves to follow me like a little shadow, never letting me get more than 12 steps away before rushing to my side and curling up to nap on whichever t-shirt I’ve left on the floor.
She’s a bit shy at first, but she adores other dogs and is always ready to play or chase after a ball.
Here’s to honoring Piccolo’s memory by opening my heart to another pup who needed a home. ❤️

See you later, Piccolo.
Thank you for everything you’ve taught me.
I return you to the ocean to which you belong to run.
Thank you.

🔥 Kicking off an amazing June with a hot start! 🔑 This morning, I picked up the keys to my new apartment and I’m feeling all the new beginning vibes. 🏡✨ Next up, I’m diving into a trauma-informed yoga teacher training hosted by @exhale2inhale at @houseofflow.co . 🧘‍♀️💫

I’m ready to embrace this new chapter and equip myself with powerful tools for teaching and healing. Can’t wait to bring all this knowledge and energy into my practice. Here’s to growth, learning, and new adventures! 🌱🌟

Back in the bustling heart of NYC, the undeniable center of the universe 🌆✨. But I must admit, there’s something magical about the peace found in the middle of nowhere. 🌿🌟 Which vibe is more your style?

Trying to work off mojitos and Belikins but also not really giving a shit and letting my body do what it wants 🤪

#yoga #belize #cayecaulker by @sweetnattydee

It’s been a while since I’ve posted one of these. Or anything at all, actually 🤓

My practice isn’t what it used to be. I’m inconsistent…My body moves slower…My hips are tighter..It takes me longer to get settled into a pose…I’m constantly comparing myself to what my asana used to be….

But I think the real yoga here is finding peace and acceptance with who I am and what I can do today in this moment. The real yoga is be grateful for making the time to be here for myself.

Also, I can’t help but fall in love with my practice again when I’m in the jungle. It’s inevitable.
