This book came across my timeline and I KNEW I had to get it!

My daughter is 3 years old and can speak full sentences. I believe now is a great time to talk to her and teach her the differences between safe and unsafe touches.

✨The internal voice in our head is the most important. It’s literally us talking to ourselves, and because that is the loudest “voice” in our heads, it’s best to practice making it a positive one.

✨In a research study on the effects of positive self talk and negative self talk, it was showed that positive self-talk and negative self-talk differently modulate brain states concerning cognitive performance.

✨In short, that means that how we speak to ourselves is directly correlated to our cognitive performance. I’ll post the link below for you guys to look into it.
