3 months, 3 Acne Clearing treatments 🪄

& some really important changes to her skincare routine at home!

When this client first came to me, we were dealing with breakouts, congestion, and a routine that was doing a little too much.

One of the biggest shifts? Realizing that clearing acne isn’t only about what happens in the treatment room.

Here’s what we’ve been working on together:
✨ Monthly Acne Clearing treatments
✨ Swapping her AHA/BHA cleanser for something gentler to support her barrier
✨ Staying consistent with water-cleansing throughout the day
✨ Reapplying her skincare as recommended to keep her skin supported

Look at the progress we’re making!! 🥰 Is her skin 100% clear yet? No BUT acne takes time, and progress doesn’t have to mean perfection

Her breakouts and congestion are improving, her skin is looking healthier, and most importantly she’s been incredibly consistent with the little things we’re doing between appointments.

Those daily habits matter so much more than people realize!!!!!

This is a message to all the acne girlies - If your skin isn’t “perfect” after a few treatments, please don’t overlook how far you’ve already come 💗

If you’re struggling with acne and have no idea where to start, send me a DM & I’d love to help you figure out what your skin actually needs ✨

“Don’t get too close with your clients”………

Meanwhile me: can honestly be your emergency contact 😂

At this point, the facial is just where we catch up! This is one of my favorite parts of what I do 🫶🏽

Sometimes the biggest skin transformation starts with simply finding your way back to yourself 🤍

After having two babies back to back, skincare and self-care understandably fell to the bottom of the list.

When she came in her skin was looking tired, dull, and depleted & honestly, she didn’t need an aggressive reset. She needed support.

Over the last 10 months, we’ve kept things simple:
~ gentle Lift + Renew treatments focused on brightening + healthy aging
~ hydration, hydration, hydration
~ products chosen to help heal and strengthen the skin
~ consistency without overwhelm

& this is where we are now ✨✨✨

Brighter. Softer. More even. More alive.

This is your reminder that you do not need a 10-step routine or extreme treatments to get your skin back on track.

You just need the right plan, a little patience, and someone who understands where your skin is starting from.

Come do a quick 2-minute night massage with me 🌙

Nothing complicated.
Nothing aggressive.
Just a few slow movements to help release tension, encourage circulation, and give your face a little love before bed.

Think of it less as “anti-aging” and more as a nightly ritual that tells your face & your nervous system we’re done for the day 😌

Save this and try it tonight 🤍
