I love being women and I love women!

Just want to say how grateful I am to get to move my body and dance! Also the amazing teachers I get to learn from and the community and people I get to share the space with, is just beautiful 🥹

Also I have learned so much about myself. I have gained confidence! I have learned to love my body and really believe I am sexy and beautiful. I also am learning discipline and what dancers really go through, the harsh self criticism, the frustration when your body or brain just can’t. But I feel like there is always a bit of pain when creating something beautiful, and that is what makes it that much more special…

I am also aware I am not an amazing dancer! But I feel so happy and in the moment when I dance, everything outside turns off! It is yes intense but also so much fun!!! And when did we stop having fun?! It’s not about showing off, it’s about sharing something that I truly enjoy with you, my enjoyment with you!

I can safely say there was a lot of moonlight and dancing on this trip. 🌕🕺

I love the moon and she loves me!

How cool is it that women’s cycles are literally synced with the moon?

Also, that we, our emotions, feelings, our self are impacted by the moon. The moon creates light in our darkness, shining light on the darkness. So cool.

It goes to show how truly connected we all are.

Feeling extra grateful today! Man how lucky am I to be living this human experience??🥹🙏

It is such a rollercoaster, up und down, sending me through a loop, just to relax and be able to breathe again! Absolutely wild 🤪

In all realness i lost myself to a dark place, a few years back. I had years of built of sadness, anger, self pity and was just repeating the same unhealthy patterns to feed my darkness. I hit bottom…I loathed myself, I hated my own voice, I hated looking in the mirror, I didn’t know what I liked or wanted.

But… I’m coming back, it’s been a steep climb up until now, but so worth it! My heart is opening again, my mind is becoming clearer, I’m facing my fears, and I really am falling inlove with myself again…😌 i am the love of my life…

Also wanted to try out this template and turned out kind of cute so here it is.

May your heart be open,
May you be fearless,
May you have courage and strength,
May your path show you tough love and grace.
