400m Finals Race for those who missed it!

“Run T, RUN!” Is what was going through my head 😆🙈 I know these ladies are so strong and fast I did whatever I could to stay out in front. Looking forward to continue training/improving for next year!

All the ups, downs, close races and “just misses” over the years made this feeling extra worth it. Thank you Lord! I know your timing has always been perfect, and will continue to be- win or lose!

Congrats to everyone who competed and to🥈@mecscortizano 🥉 @kasia.jonaczyk for earning podium also! So many fantastic races with a ton of phenomenal athletes from all over the world. Thank you @spartanracecroatia @worldobstacle @visithvar and all the volunteers for putting on such an incredible and well run event!

Special shout out to my family, coach/teammates and friends back home- wouldn’t be possible without your motivation and encouragement alongside this rollercoaster journey over the years. Teamwork indeed makes the dream work 🙌

100 tries later we finally started getting it! 🙌🙏 First time working the extended course version since I didn’t compete at Sweden Worlds last year.

Slightly modified version of the TRX dead bug.
Exercise is typically performed on the floor - this version has the athlete (@sweett_02) suspended from the strap with one arm, with the opposite foot on the floor - stabilizing with the glute and opposite side lat.

Keeping the torso parallel to the floor we stat with touching one hand (or elbow) to the opposite knee and then extending both the arm and leg out straight.
In this variation we're adding a rowing action with one arm.

One pup stuck the balance pose, the other preferred to be stuck to the floor 🤪

Tried this challenge a couple weeks ago with @sweetallieventures & Bella Bear (@my_lilyorkiecrew )🐻🐾 I may have been a slightly more entertained than they were 😂
