So let me tell you about this guy. Mr Michael Horne Jr. is the owner and operator of Sweet Tooth Cheesecakes LLC. He started out working as a pharmacy technician studying to become a pharmacist while baking on the side. His cheesecakes started to gain traction and surpass his actual 9-5 job. In 2019, the pharmacy he was working at decided to close, and he was left with the decision to find work or see where the cakes would take him. His wife told him to pursue his cakes, and in 2020, during the pandemic, his cheesecake caught the eye of @chefwillieholmes who entered him into a baking competition The Masked Baker. He placed in the top 10 but fell short of the goal at 6th place with his Italian Cream Cheesecake he calls Mona Lisa. In 2021, he took home some hardware for The Best Home Baker and Recommendation badge by Restaurant Guru (@restauratguru_ )for great customer reviews. In 2022, he was asked to come back to the final show of The Masked Baker. His Tres Leches Cheesecake he calls Maria took home the 1st place prize and was featured on Ch 39 with the other contestants. From there, he now has his cheesecakes in a bakery (@anyminidessertcakes) and has slices available on Door Dash. There's no limits to what this guy can do. To all of the Sweet customers, we thank you for your support. Stay tuned because more greatness is coming soon!
