Congratulations on your final high school moments! “You made it” isn't needed. There wasn't a doubt or speculation. Your rigorous course load has more than prepared you for your academic journey ahead. There was never a question of whether you would make it.
You overshadowed the malicious personalities that tried to stand in your way. You surpassed the demons that tried to halt your forward motion. You transcended the beasts that did their best to steal your joy. And, what is clearly obvious to those watching is your grace and dignity through it. God is on your side, and with HIM you cannot fail.
It is now part of who you are and will serve you well as you step out onto UTK’s campus. You will be keen to recognize your own livelihood, self worth, and potential as well as those who try to thwart you. So, stand your ground and do not return to that yoke of slavery (Gal. 5:1).
Continue to to stand up for what is just. Go on with your confidence in being just who God made you to be. Move ahead with your willingness to forgive and your amazing ability to have self-control and patience. Excel in your own creative, unique way, loving others and always speaking the truth. For in truth, you will always experience freedom.
Your joy comes from above and not from circumstances or people. “ For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places (Eph. 6:12). You are knitted together and are fearfully and wonderfully made (psalm 139) and your heavenly Father intimately knows you. He has been watching and guiding you and our prayer is that you will always be protected by his blood. Supporting you, celebrating you, and always welcoming you home is our greatest happiness as your family.

Thank you to everyone who came to Celia’s graduation party, sent gifts of celebration, and have overall just shared in loving our graduate! What a special, fun, and busy season it is. The blessing of it all is rich and I am so very thankful for God’s hand in every bit of it. A very, very, very special thank you to @lilnollies for being chef, sous chef, superstar son, funny brother, stylish lawn boy, and the ultimate camera man!!!

Last dance performance at MPCS. We are all forever changed by dance and what an absolute joy it has been to watch Celia on stage, both in her own expression and worship and as an assistant to tiny dancers. Tears of happiness filled the theater and I’m blessed to have been a part of it. Thank you @hollylculpepper and @mpcsarts for every show and this final curtain fall. ❤️ by @sweettwhite
