“But Steph, you don’t look like the kind of girl who would start a fitness and wellness community 🫣” That’s the point 😎

Access to fitness and wellness should not be limited to a certain “type” of person. It belongs to everyone.

I’m building @withcaia to show midsize, curvy and plus-size women that WE belong in wellness spaces too. 💕

We focus on movement, not weight loss. We focus on caring for our bodies, and we don’t punish ourselves when we get it wrong. We just keep going, and do better tomorrow.

Movement, community and mental health are our core pillars. Overall health (including physical) is the byproduct.
